Hello, if your are having heavy pain, first take rest for 1month strictly and do contrast bath that is warm water fomentation and ice massage repeatedly both for 3 times a day. And do isometric back exercises. Do not do back strengthning exercises in prone.

Hi apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

Dear sir 2 year ago I was suffering stomach pain and hospitalised for 3 days due to swirling on gallbladder due to slug formation in gallbladder. Then I was fit for two year but now I have also pain in stomach and consult with doctor he say slug formation in gallbladder pls advise me for future which precautions should take.

Home Remedy- Take 1 cup of horse gram + Add ½ L water + Heat the mixture till water level reduces to 1/5th + Strain and collect the soup + add 2 tsp of crushed pomegranate + Mix well + Drink once a day. Treatment- 1-Take shool gaj kesari ras twice a day. 2-Take gokshuradi guggul & punarnavadi mandoor 1-1 tab twice a day. 3-Take pranacharya U through capsule and syrup twice a day. Drink lots of water.

You are hurting persons then going to depression status. You are unable to control your moods properly. Because of your psychological problems it affects on physical aspects also. You need behaviour therapy. There is need of change your behaviour. Better to consult psychologist in bangalore. You have to change your behaviour. Anger management techniques are helpful when anger comes divert it towards other aspects. Take anything or talk to your friends. Change the place or move from the place. Walk when you feel anger. Take new things when anybody hurt to you. Smile when anybody hurt to you. Maintain calmness is also good. Do not argue do not react the situations. Feel always comfortable. Control mouth movements. Eat chicklets when mood spoils. Take any fruit juice or ice cream. Take rest. Sleep properly. If you follow these techniques no need to consult any psychologist. If you unable then consult. Practice yoga and meditation. Ok best of luck.

It could be due to anxiety and stress. Avoid stress 1. Take one tablet of crocin pain relief as and when required after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2. Drink plenty of water 3. Take adequate rest.

I am 36 years old woman. I start my work early morning and restlessly complete work first by standing so far. Now for past four days I am unable to stand due to severe under foot pain. It is paining even I sit for sometime then getting from sleep too. Only under the foot. I go for walk every morning for 30 minutes. Please tell me the cause and preventive measures.

You should first take an xray of your foot. You might be having a cacaneal spur (which the deposition of calcium on your heel). So if you have that you might require assistance from a ortho doctor to give you medication. But you should aslo take 10 days session of physiotherapy that is ultrasound therapy (therapeutic). You should chnage your foot ware to mcr shoes. Please avoid standing for very long time. That will increase pressure under your heel. After your pain comes down you start with stretching of the foot for 7 days later. Please get back to me soon.

Ayurveda and Knee Pain

Ayurveda is a very old system of medicine, which originated in India. Using herbs found in nature to cure various illnesses, knee pain can also be permanently cured with this method indigenous to India. It reduces knee pain caused by various illnesses including arthritis, inflammation of the cartilage and wearing of the patella among others.

Here are some common Ayurvedic remedies, which help reduce knee pain:

  1. Alfalfa: Alfalfa is medically known as Medicago Sativa. Alfalfa is excellent for making sure that your joint pain reduces, when taken in liquid form four times a day.
  2. Ashwagandha: Ashwagandha is medically known as Withania Somnifera. In the West, Ashwagandha is popularly known as Winter Cherry. Also, it has a lot of therapeutic properties, which include reducing joint pains. 
  3. Banyan: The Banyan tree's medical name is Ficus Benghalensis. It has a sap very similar to the form of rubber known as latex is derived from the Banyan tree. The Banyan tree's sap is externally applied over the joints and the pain usually disappears after a few regular applications. 
  4. Bishop's weed: The medical name for Bishop's weed is Trachyspermum Ammi. The oil extracted from this herb is usually applied to the knees to reduce the intensity of such knee pains.
  5. Celery: The medical name for celery is Apium Graveolens. Celery is not only an effective treatment for rheumatoid arthritis and associated pains in the knees, but it is also helpful in treating gout. It is usually agreed upon that this particular treatment is usually long lasting because of its alkaline nature.
  6. Dandelion: Dandelion's biological name is Taraxacum Officinale. It is rich in magnesium and is crucial for the correct mineralization of the bones. This mineralization allows the bones to become stronger and also prevents knee pain.
  7. Garlic: The medical name for garlic is allium sativum. Five to six cloves eaten everyday has proved to reduce knee pains.
  8. Ginger: Ginger is biologically called Zingiber Officinale. These can be easily included in your diet and go a long way in curbing knee pain.

Goodevening your acl tear injury should not be ignored. Make sure you spend about half hour on the exrercises for the knee. You could start with knee bending exercises and then progress to straight leg raising exercises. All this will help you to improve your strength on the knee. Then you could also do with a improving on your quadriceps and hamstring muscles. Make sure you wear a knee cap while you are playing any sport. This will support your knee very well.
