Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

you are too young to have heart disease...if you smoke,pl quit...do regular excersice and take healthy food..yes pain can be due to constant cough...take simple Crocin tablets ...500 mg thrice a day for 3 days

Knee advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

for temporary relief of itching, try these self-care measures: use a high-quality moisturizing cream on your skin. Apply an anti-itch cream or lotion to the affected area as prescribed by me avoid scratching whenever possible. Apply cool, wet compresses. Take a lukewarm bath. Wear smooth-textured, loose cotton clothing. Also, deep breathing techniques help your body relax, which may ease pain. Tension and tightness seep from muscles as they receive a quiet message to relax. Do reply back for medication prescriptions. Being also a general physician, I prescribe both evidence based herbal as well as allopathic medicines complementing with dietary guidelines taking into account patient preferences.

You are having sinusitis frontal and maxillary. May be associated with dns deviated nasal septum and nasal polyp. Have warm saline gargle regularly. And have homemade freshly prepared lemon juices which is rich in vitamin c thereby increasing your autoimmune system of your body which prevents infections and you should consult a ent specialist.

The best natural medicines for loose motion is jeera (cumin). Chew 5 grams jeera in morning and after chewing it drink half glass lukewarm water, within a day your loose motion will be cured still if the problem is not solved you can consult with privately, I would suggest don't go for antibiotics because they have their own side effects. Eat this 3 times a day first in morning empty stomach second in afternoon and thirdly in evening around 7 to 8 p. M. Your stomach pain will also be cured jeera. Keep taking for 20 days.

Bad breath is due to accumulation of plaque on teeth, decay teeth, dry mouth, smoking, tobacco chewing, consumption of caffeinated or aerated beverages, oilly n spicy food, sore throat, bad digestion. Go for scaling and polishing of teeth. Use mouthwash twice daily after brushing. Maintain proper oral hygiene. Increase your water intake.

Ankle pain usually occurs because of injury in young age and most of the time because of ligament injury. To heal ligament injury use ice pack 25 minutes three times in a day for one week and stabilize ankle by crap bandage. Take ultrasound therapy over painful area. Remember if you don't have history of any injury don't take this treatment, send complete history of your problem.

Hi i Am 42+. Suffering from right knee pain for past one week to such an extent that am limping. There is also a small swelling on the right side of my knee. Am taking homeopathic medicine and pain killers also applying joint pain relief oil. But still pain is persisting with some amount of stiffness in this knee. Please suggest what should I do. Can you recall any initiating factor for this pain like any twisting injury etc? apart from swelling, is there any associated warmth, skin redness etc? are you having any fever or any associated complaints you would like to mention? you can do some intensive ice packs, use crepe bandage for compression analgesic as per your body' s suitability for 2-3 days limb elevation over pillows for 3-4 days if your pain or swelling increase, then we will have to investigate you further in form of x rays and investigations do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.
