If you have lost weight upto 5 kg with in last 3 months then its very significant. One can think of diseases like hyperthyroidism or tuberculosis or severe stress. First 2 possibilities can be ruled out by lab tests. And don't take any stress. Just concentrate on your food habits. Take more dal rice and vegetables in stead of more chapattis. Take salads fruits nuts and curds in more amount. Take boiled chana and other legume daily. Drink water properly. Drink milk shake that will give you strength and increase weight.

Tips to lose weight  faster: 1. Eat a high-protein breakfast. 2Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice.  3. Drink water a half hour before meals. 4. Choose weight loss-friendly foods (more vegetables and fruits) 5. Eat soluble fiber. 6. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods.  7. Eat your food slowly. 8. Sleep 7-8 hours 9. Go for regular exercise Constitutional homoeopathic treatment will give you best results.

For fever take one tablet paracetamol 650 mg and can repeat it after eight hours as and when needed and I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and take physical rest and get your blood checked for cbc, mp, widal, sgpt and urine r/m and revert with reports.

Dealing with stress and shunning off unnecessary thoughts from your mind requires a relaxed mind trained in concentration. This is a gradual process which needs practice. You may begin with relaxation exercises like yoga, meditation, deep breathing or muscle relaxation exercises. If you feel distracted and difficulty in concentrating you may consider starting certain medications to improve concentration and relieve stress. My daughter is 17 months old, I m observing that her front 4 teeth have changed color to grey? is this a problem? she doesn't want to brush her teeth either, should I show her to dentist?

Ya this seems to be a problem. Give her new brush so that she can use it as it is new, new things attract child. There are lot of brush in market for kid change her brush regularly and if possible upload a pic of her teeth.

Being an Ayurveda doctor I can suggest you eat light meals which are easily digestible bcoz you already suffers from Vata vridhi and Agni Dusti. Nourish yourself with light food followed by buttermilk. No heavy meals, no stress, little exercise, no late night awakening.

I am suffering from very low stamina. I feel tired even after a short walk. And my heart beat increases. What can I do. Is it becoz of regular masturbation or smoking?

Low stamina may be related to so many things, like not taking proper nutritious food, unhealthy lifestyle, any kind of addiction, like smoking or alcohol. For increasing your stamina you can follow few things 1. Timely meal 2. Add lots of fruits and vegetables 3. Minimum 10 to 12 glasses of water per day 4. Do regular exercise for at least 40 min. 5.Avoid any kind of addiction 6.Avoid stress.

Shampoo has the function of cleaning the scalp. Oil helps to condition the scalp. Hair fall can happen due to many reasons. It can be postpartum (after 3 months of delivery). Any acute illness like viral infections, malaria, typhoid can also cause it. It can happen in long term disorders like diabetes, high bp, arthritis. Medicines taken for all these disorders can also trigger the hair fall. It is very important to follow good diet and drink 3 lit of water/day. Oil the scalp and wash it 3/week.
