1. Eat a balanced diet rich in proteins, minerals, vitamins, and fat. 2.Fill your diet with a wide range of fruits, vegetables, lean meats, fish, eggs, pulses, nuts, seeds, wholegrains and naturally low fat dairy foods. 3.Donot skip breakfast. 4.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 5.Exercise is an extremely important factor in staying healthy so try to be active. 6.Make sure you get 6-8 hrs sleep – it's an essential part of being healthy.While we're asleep, our bodies have that all-important time to repair.

Sir she need to do hot fermentation 2 times along with back strengthen exercises daily twice 15 min in winter she need to have heavy cloths because it hurts in weak parts of body.

Go for a walk in the morning. Do regular exercise. Take lukewarm water with half spoon methidana powder. Loose your extra weight this will not only lower your blood pressure but also helps lowering your blood pressure and cholesterol too. No long gapes and skipping of meals. Never miss out breakfast. You should avoid fasting and feasting. Timely and balanced diet is as important as regular medicine intake to control diabetes. Complex carbohydrates and fibre should be included in diet.

I am a 24 year old girl. My color is fair bt my face is dark due to tanning especially on forehead. I don' t use any sunscreen lotion because it feels very oily on face. My skin is dry. Please guide me in this regard.

Home remedy for leucorrhoea /vaginal discharge

Given below are some of the home remedies recommended as a part of natural leucorrhea cure-

  •     Apply the pulp of a ripe mango to the vaginal area and leave it on for a while, before rinsing it off with water.
  •     Eat one or even two ripe bananas on a daily basis    Drink a glass of fresh cranberry juice, preferably without any sugar, once a day
  •     Soak some coriander seeds in water overnight and drink the water, after straining it, on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning.
  •     Consume the lady finger vegetable, preferably in the raw form, or lightly steamed
  •     Clean the vaginal area with freshly squeezed lemon juice and water

Hi. As height can be gained till 21yrs. Of age in males and 18yrs. In females, so you do have 2yrs. More to grow further! start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 1 month only. Management: take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). Get back to me after a month for further guidance. All the best!

I am 65 years old and having diabetes for the last 20 years. I take reclimet twice. My sugar level was fasting 120 and after meals about 180. The doctor has added galvus met twice daily. I am feeling weakness and losing weight also. Kindly suggest should I continue with galvas met or kindly suggest some other medicine.

Mr your sugar levels appear to be fairly good. The prescribed medicines are working well. But if you find difficulty with galvus met, you may try voglibose 0.3 mg along with each meal the brand is tab k - vog 0.3 mg I also want to know how active you are, because daily 1 h of exercise even brisk walking can help control blood sugar better.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Hi, your height can grow till 25 years of age. If you haven't yet reached the age, you may try the following remedies - 1. Take flax seed powder - 1 tablespoon after lunch and dinner with warm water. 2. Take lakshadi guggul - 2 tablets, twice a day. 3. Take ashwgandha churna - 1 tablespoon with milk at 6.30 pm. How Ayurvedic Remedies are Effective in Treating Kidney Stones?

‘Kidney stones’ is a disorder of the urinary tract wherein stones form in the kidney. This happens when solid particles in the urine become concentrated; the solid particles mostly being acid and mineral salts. This disorder can affect any part of the urinary tract: from the bladder to the kidneys. The treatment for this disorder is designed depending on the severity of your symptoms.

Symptoms
Once affected by this disorder, pain in the lower abdominal region will be common. The pain may get aggravated when you urinate. You may also exhibit symptoms of vomiting, nausea and a constant urge to urinate. Hematuria (presence of blood in the urine) is another symptom common to this disorder.

Causes
There is no single known cause for kidney stones. These stones occur when certain solid particles such as uric acid and calcium are present in the urine in large amounts. However, certain factors that increase the risk of kidney stones are:

  1. Family history of kidney stones
  2. Lack of sufficient water in the body or dehydration
  3. Eating foods which are loaded with sugar and salts
  4. Obesity

Ayurvedic treatment
Ayurvedic remedies for kidney stones are natural and free from side effects. Apart from relieving the symptoms, they also help in improving your overall well-being. These remedies balance the various doshas in the body and thus, lead to improved functioning of the abdominal organs. The Ayurvedic remedies for kidney stones are

  1. Stay hydrated: Staying hydrated is the basic you can do to either prevent kidney stones or treating the condition. Dehydration is one of the most important causes for the formation of kidney stones.
  2. Avoid certain foods: You need to avoid consumption of certain foods such as apples, tomatoes and cheese which increase the risks of kidney stones.
  3. Exercise on a regular basis: You need to chalk down and stick to an exercise regimen to keep your weight at optimal levels. Remember that obesity is a major contributor to kidney stones. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an ayurveda.

You should consult a dentists or dental doctor for the treatment of teeth infection the stomach pain may be due to the the infection of teeth so thereby if the teeth is treated the stomach pain will automatically be alright.

Hye, Thanks for the query. The problem is that we feel we can lose weight by working out and restricting drastically our diet. If you workout your needs change and if you restrict food intake your metabolism goes low, thus causing muscle breakdown and fat deposition. Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. Diet is not restriction but nourishment. You have to eat the right foods at the right time as per your body's needs. Eat small but frequent meals. Reduce your main meals by 1/4th the amount. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called fad diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.
