First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket . And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * Gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * Surya Namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * In diet vegetable protein of cereal , B complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

1. Lie on your back. ... 2. Cross your left leg over your right so that your left ankle rests on your right knee. 3. Use your hands to grab hold of your left knee and pull it gently toward the opposite shoulder. ... 4. Hold for 15 to 30 seconds. 5. Relax, and then repeat with the other leg. 6. Repeat this cycle 2 to 4 times.

Hi, This may be due to some obstruction in the venous flow in the lower limbs. Get a color doppler study of the legs to assess the patency of the veins. Perform leg raising exercises regularly twice a day for 10-15-20 mins which helps to relieve the swelling in the lower limbs.

Sir I have left and right pelvic small pain And in report I have hlab 27+ And my doctor said symptoms of ankylosing spondylitis because that's spots in X-ray showed. I but I am not permanent sure But my brother also have ankylosing spondylitis. So in your opinions.

You may be suffering from disc problem. I need to look your MRI Spine lumbosacral region and investigation like TLC, DLC, CRP, HLA B-27. Maybe the slip disc is compressing your nerve resulting numbness. Medicine may be of some help. Non operative treatment include TFSI, Disc Fix and Percutaneous Endoscopic Lumbar discectomy (PLED) are now available. PLED is one the latest alternative to surgery which is performed percutaneous through a small hole in skin less than 1/2 inch, no blood loss, using local anaesthesia and you will be ambulatory on next day ,need hospitalisation for max. Three days .Facilities for PLED is available at few private hospitals, not done in most of the Medical colleges. If you are suffering from Osteoporosis you need medication. Walking is good for health, It is true over activities cause wear and tear of Joints and muscles---- while doing for fitness you have to consider your day today activities Example: If your life is sedentary and you don't walk in day/ or you are confined to office chair only then it is good and there no harm If you walk 1 hr daily---- also if you are walking on treadmill please avoid walking on it more than 15 minutes daily, it may damage your knees, Thanks, buck up for your walking (It is a good habit)
