I usually skip My breakfast and I dont find Indian Breakfast healthy, I do stomach flushing once a week with salt water and that helps to throw the acids. Belly fat is due to deposition of fatty tissues on the abdominal area. The depostion of fatty tissue on belly are due to * long time sitting jobs * lack of physical activities * intake of high calories food 1. To get the flat belly, fist take the food having high fibers contents such as fruits, leafy vegetables, oats, corns. Avoid refined carbohydrates & foods having rich fat. 1. Work out for atleast 1 hour in whole day. You can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes or 5-10 minutes running. 2. Practice the spefic exercises that directly stimulate the belly muscles to burn the belly fats. Such as - lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. 3. Do surya namaskar yoga everyday. 4. Eat foods on the time of taking foods like only 3 times or 2 times a day. Do not take food again & again in 1-2 hours. 5. Do not skip the breakfast any day. You can take some dry fruits and skimmed milk in morning for better result. 6. Avoid food containing animal fat such as butter, cheese, eggs, chicken, fish. Instead of them, take plants derived fat such as soya milk, tofu, mustard oil.

Hi my wife recovered from viral fever and now she feels fatigue how to overcome that please suggest.
Hello, Post viral fever, recovery is usually fairly slow. There is no special treatment for quick recovery. It takes one or two weeks or even longer to return to full fitness as earlier. Only thing that one can do is give good hydration, electrolyte supplement. Regular healthy diet should be taken If needed add some protein supplements, eggs to the diet. Consume good deal of green leafy vegetables and fruits. Thanks.

Dermal Fillers - Advanced Dermatology!

Dermal Fillers - Advanced Dermatology!

Dermal fillers (also called injectable facial fillers) are soft tissues injected into the skin. This is done to help fill up the hollowed and flattened facial features, smoothen folds and wrinkles, fatten the cheeks, correct bumps on the nose and forehead and increase the elasticity of the skin. With advancing age, your face loses firmness and volume of the facial muscles. A facelift is a non-surgical procedure which helps to restore and create healthier and more youthful features. Here are the things you should know about getting a liquid facelift with dermal fillers:

  1. The typically used dermal fillers are Juvederm, Reyslatine, Emervel, Radiesse and Belotero. There are several different kinds of fillers that are of different consistencies and volume.
  2. Fillers are composed of collagen fibers and hyaluronic acids (these come from organic sources) and a few biosynthetic compounds.
  3. A single treatment session takes about half to an hour.
  4. The swelling takes about 2 - 3days to subside and in many cases leaves no swelling.
  5. Depending upon the choice of dermal filler, the results of the facelift can last up to two years.
  6. The type of filler used, the depth to which they are introduced, the schedule of the sessions and the nature of the treatment - are all discussed and the factors are customized to fit your specific needs because each human being ages differently. Some people get facelifts to shape and sculpt a particular facial feature like the cheekbones. Facelifts are also done for sagging skin of the neck or drooping eyelids. They help tighten the loosening skin tissue layers of the jaws and chin.
  7. The fillers are not permanent and this is why they are completely safe. They can be broken down and expelled by the body naturally after a given period of time without any health risk.
  8. Restylane fillers can be used to treat dark circles, drooping eyebrows and remove bags from under your eyes.
  9. Defective structure of the lips can be corrected by dermal fillers.
  10. The advantage of a facelift using dermal fillers over a surgical treatment is that they can be altered with advancing age. Surgical solutions look fixed and artificial because they tighten the aging skin permanently.

This is a psychological problem. I have performed poorly in class 12 examinations. I am very much depressed about it. I know its my fault. My family life is complicated. I could not sleep at nights due to frustration but still I try to be strong and think positive and move forward in life. But the main problem is my parents are always torturing and bullying me whenever they are getting the chance. I have had mental breakdowns but still they will not understand. I cannot breathe freely. They are always harassing me. I have tried to make them understand my problems but they are not interested. I have no one to share my sorrows and griefs and day by day I am breaking down mentally. I just have no idea what to do. All my efforts to make my parents understand have failed. My self confidence is now down to negative values due to this onslaught of my parents. Please try to understand. I really tried everything I could.

Dear lybrate-user. Welcome to lybrate. You are disappointed, distressed and lack interest in life. I do not know much about your parents and their attitude and behavior. Therefore I cannot comment on them. I can talk to you. I think you should change your attitude. Suppose, you are getting employed and your boss is always harassing and bullying you, what will you do? apply that situation here. Change your attitude. Take care.

Hello doctor. I am 47 years old. I have thinning of hair & hair fall too. What should I do.?

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hello doctor. I am 47 years old. I have thinning of hair & hair fall too. What should I do.?
Women lose hair on an inherited (genetic) basis, too, but the female pattern tends to be more diffuse, with less likelihood of the crown and frontal hairline being lost. More women have underlying causes of hair loss than men. These include treatable conditions like anemia and thyroid disease and polycystic ovary syndrom. *first of all you should start taking a healthy and balanced diet. Hair fall is a result of any deficiency of any essential nutrient. 1. Eat colourful fruits and green leafy vegetables. 2. Include more protien rich supplements to your diet. 3. Take phosphorus 200, 5 drops , morning empty stomach, once in week. 4. wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. 5. Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. 6. Wash hair with Arnica montana herbal shampoo (SBL) 7. Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. 8. Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, at daily night.
