In my view the practical solution may be hair regrowth lasers. Initially they are likely to stop the loss and later may help regrow hair. Last you may consider hair transplantation.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Kali brom 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Berberis aquifolium q (10 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products.

Hello, take thyroidinum 200 ch, 5 drops once in a week. Sepia 30 ch, 3 drops once daily. Kali phos 6x. 5 tabs oncee daily. Revert me after 15 days.

Hello, You should take a homeopathic tincture called Arnica Montana and mix 1 tsp in 1/2 cup of water and apply upon the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. Then use the razor movement technique. Take Sulphur 200, 5 drops once in a week. Take pituitarinum 1x, 1 tablet daily for 15 days. Repeat the process every third day . Revert me after 1 month.

If there is no other problem, try to modulate her diet. Increase protein an roughage in her diet. She should take less of fat and carbohydrates. Give her more of vegetables except potato, and salad. Pulses should also form important ingredient of her diet.

Arthritis is an inflammatory condition that affects the joints and bones of the patient and creates general problems when it comes to mobility and other such postures, which require some amount of physical stamina and strain. Masturbation is normal lybrate-user and pimples are usual in teen age due to hormonal hijack happening in this age. Anything excess is harmful to health. So be moderate and balanced. Hello, for premature greying prior to age of 22-23, please take hair vitamin tab kerablak after breakfast and tab keraglo men or tab hairootz after dinner for 3 to 6 months to prevent further greying. Have more proteins in diet. Avoid stress. Get investigations like hb, tsh, vit b12 and d3 done. Apply altris gel or melitane gel on scalp daily evening for 6 months. It may stimulate hair root pigment cells to reduce greying.

To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week, 3 times weight training and 3 days cardio vascular. 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.
