Eat green veg. More fiber foods. Avoid fatty foods,junk foos,oily meal, drink plenty of water.take digestive meal . Syp. Aristozyme 10 ml thrice a day. Take tab. Charcol at night. Syp . Livoluk 10 ml at night. tests for constipation..Examination of the rectum and lower, or sigmoid, colon (sigmoidoscopy) Examination of the rectum and entire colon (colonoscopy). An X-ray of the rectum during defecation (defecography). Avoid smoking/alcohol if you take.

I am 58 years of old and suffering from left knee pain for some months what should I do ?

Get an xray of knee done. Physiotherapy will help. You can take over the counter painkillers like crocin. Use hot bag and analgesic gels. If pain persists then consult an orthopedic surgeon.

I am 51 year old and have blood pressure (Hypertension) and diabetes both. For BP I taketelmikind-H and S -Amcard5, 1 tab each one time in morning after breakfast. I also usessandhaNamak in my food. What should I do to control this hypertension in natural ways orayurvedic ways. As Dr. told that the BP tabs will have side 3effects in long term. Pl Advice me.

As per ayurveda the best things are as below 1) briskwalking for 30 min 2) swimming for 30. Min if you know well swimming 3) avoid completely non veg, oily spicy food, and chat masala, and sweets 4) as per ayurveda you can take tab. Sarpagandha 1 tab twice per day initially and if controlled then we can reduce it instead taking 2 allopathic medicine. 5) dinner should be early by 7.30pm and avoid day sleep. 6) if any mental stress then please reduce it.

Hi due to daily gas problem I have been having pantop dsr on daily basis, do you suggest that or I should meet a doct.
Pan dsr can be taken for 6-8 weeks continously. Rather I would suggest you to walk 40 mins morning and evening. Lots of water, especially warm water early morning before any meal.

take following remedies 1.triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch nad dinner 2.amla juice 4tsp+2tsp sugar powder+honey 2 tsp for being healthy you should avoid to take sugar , refined oil ,junk food do exercise every day for 1 hr only

What to do for thick and long hair. My hair type is silky and strAight. And please tell me how to make it shiny.
For making hair grow fast, strong and thick follow these instructions: • Do not take A lot of stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation to destress yourself. You can do Pranayams or take long deep breaths whlie closing your eyes I a peaceful environment for at least 8-10 minutes. • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs. • Practice Yogasana like Shirshasana and Sarwangasana only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * You can take Vitamnin E supplement (100 mg capsiles) daily and tab. Boitin only under the supervision of nearest physician. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth.

Leave Aaloo. Chaval Chana in diet. Neem leives 5 + Neem giloy leives 2 take daily before 2 hrs the meal.
