Drink warm water after every meals or often. Expose to light sunlight. Take light meals often instead of 3 bigger meals. Light exercises and adequate sleep needed. Avoid stress n work.

I'm suffering from knee joints pain since 3 months, it's begins after I played badminton after a long time gap of more than 2 years, before that also I'm very disturbed because of freezing effects of legs after a short time of sitting on the floor, right now I can't sit on the floor due to this left leg knee joint pain.

Hello lybrate user once diabetes diagnosed you should restrict sugar in diet. Avoid all deeply fried foods, zunk foods. Eat in moderate chapati, rice, bread, meat, eggs, fish, chiken, cheese, butter and milk products. Avoid sweets, icecreams, chocolates. Eat plenty of salads, green leafy vegetables, fruits except banana n mango. Take clear soups, butter milk, pulses, beans. Take small meals four times a day. Practice aerobic exercises or brisk walk, pranayam and yoga.

Hello lybrate user take light & easily digestable foods. Instead of taking 2 large meals devide into 3-4 small meals. Drinking warm water will facilitate digestion. Avoid excess workouts and latenight sleep. Take soups or gruels including ginger and pepper. - take hingvastak choorna 1-1-1tsp b/m with warm water. -jeerakaristam 10 ml two times after meals for 4-6 wks.
