I am suffering from skin problems on my face pimples are leaving dark marks I want to know how can I get fair skin.
Acne: it is an inflammatory disease of the sebaceous glands (the oil-secreting glands) and the hair follicles. It is characterised by whiteheads, blackheads and pustules. Do not scrub your face while washing because scrubbing on inflamed skin aggravates the acne. Use a gentle cleanser made with natural ingredients or herbs rather than chemical preparations. Do not use scented soaps and use a mild anti-bacterial soap if possible. Try not to apply cosmetics regularly or use non-greasy light make-up of repute. Do not sleep with your makeup on. Do not overexpose your skin to the sun. Preferably wear a hat while going out. Do not break your pimples else it will lead to secondary infection. Hi doctor, I am currently 15 weeks pregnant. We had scan at 13 weeks and things are normal. I have 3 issues now, 1. Since night I'm having severe knee and leg pain, have applied pain relief gels but no use. 2. From this weeks start I'm facing severe constipation that the skin in anal passage is paining much while trying to poop. 3. For the last 2 days I caught cold and my nose is blocked all the time which disturbs sleep. It would be better if some simple home remedies given. In another 2 weeks my next scan is scheduled. Also I am not feeling any baby movements quite frustrated.

Respectful future mom greetings! moving your joints will reduce the pain intensity but cannot be completely relieved. Take advised amount of fluid to overcome constipation and walking may avoid such inconveniences. Breath through nose maximum - hold it for few seconds you can - and allow it to get release through mouth (not to be blown) and avoid raised pillows - it may help your cold symptoms. All these are under the scope of physiotherapy I have suggested. The best part is try it and if it doesn't work take advise from your physician. All the best for you and your baby!

Beard is purely genetic make up. It could be a pituitary issue, hair follicle or their lack of, or could possible even be genetics. To make hair grow you need to stimulate, moisturize, and cleanse. Use a soft bristle scrub brush for the face and use circular motions using a eucalyptus, menthol, and/or peppermint type cleanser or lotion. The invigoration of the brush and cleanser/moisturizer will wake up that hair follicles and gives them a signal to produce. Make a mixture of Argan oil, Jojoba oil, sesame oil and olive oil and massage your beard and moustache daily to grow and maintain black and smooth hair.

Hye. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: Limit non-nutritious foods, such as: Sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages Cut down on high-fat foods by: Choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: Fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken, fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: Eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied. Eat slowly and try not to perform other tasks while eating. Find other activities to distract you from food, such as walking, taking up a hobby or being involved in the community. Include regular exercise in your daily routine.

Healthy Diet for Diabetes patient

I am Dr. Suneet Khanna. I am a clinical weight loss nutritionist in Delhi. I am a pediatrician who has transformed himself into a nutritionist. I realized much later in my life as a clinical pediatrician that nutrition is a part and parcel of India’s program. People do not know much about nutrition. I got it to nutrition and decided to get into weight loss. I am the oldest practicing weight loss clinical nutritionist in India. I am just going to talk about diabetes.

What is diabetes? It is a clinical disease waiting to happen to anybody. 380 million people in the world suffer from diabetes. Diabetes in the last 10 years has increased by 50% globally. Delhi would be the capital of diabetes in India. India would be the capital of diabetes in the world in times to come. What is diabetes? A condition where the blood sugar level goes up, you have polydipsia, polyhydria, polyhydra and hyperphagia. Urination, excessive thirst, hyperphagia, eating more are the symptoms of diabetes. Anybody who has diabetes type 1, diabetes type 2 and gestational diabetes needs to understand nutrition. He needs to understand his diabetic state will be improved if he has a good nutrition, good healthy diet, he should know certain foods to avoid like starch, potato and rice. He should also know how to improve his lifestyle.

Improvement of lifestyle, change in lifestyle is a very important feature in a patient of diabetes. Activity, his activity needs to be improved. 30 minutes of walk everyday is a good association of patients of diabetes. What happens in normal individuals when we eat food? Food is broken into sugar, suddenly our pancreas releases insulin, the hormone. The insulin hormone actually opens up the cells which take up the glucose for energy utilization. Nothing like that happens in diabetes, that’s why our sugar level goes up. I will give you a small preparation for diabetics. We call it chicken drumsticks. You can have about 150 grams of chicken leg, which is one piece. It has about 140 calories. Lets say three chicken drumsticks or three chicken legs, you can marinate them in hung curd with some olive oil, add some herbs, salt, pepper, you can put that for about 45 minutes and after 45 minutes of smearing the entire stuff on to the chicken legs, three of them, put them on a pan and stir fry them for little while. The chicken gets good very well. This amounts to about 350-400 calories if you serve it with sautéed vegetables like broccoli, celery, asparagus, babycorn, bellpeppers and pokchow which should be more than a soup bowl. This dish is very good for diabetics.

We should understand as people that diabetics are prone to more complications. If we control our diabetes, we will be able to do best in life. If anybody wants to contact me for his or her problems associated with weight loss or diabetes, you can consult me on Lybrate or on my contact number 9810152166.

Mango is a mouth-watering juicy fruit rich in vitamins and minerals. But eating mangoes alone will not help. You need to consume them along with milk. You can also prepare mango milkshake and drink it two times daily for a month.
