You need proper diet. Avoid junk foods. At present if it's bleeding take these. Syp. Duphalac 30 ml at night. X 5 days. To keep stool soft the wound will heal.

Yes, it's urinary tract infection needs more history if these are recurrent or a single episode, associated with fever or not.
