I am a 26 years male, I have never done intercourse with my girlfriend till yet how ever we regularly do dry humping. The problem I am facing is that even in dry humping I am cumin out quite quickly I think I am facing the problem of premature ejaculation. Beside pe problem even my testicles and penis pains really bad at times suddenly. Try the tips for acidity.. sometimes acidity causes breathing problem:: 1. Drink 100-500 ml of tender coconut water twice a day for relief from hyperacidity Mix equal parts of powdered fennel, licorice root, basil leaves and coriander seeds. Have ½ teaspoon of this mixture with ½ teaspoon of powdered rock candy (or unrefined sugar) 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. 2.Make a powdered mixture of equal parts of rock candy (or unrefined sugar), fennel, and green cardamom. Whenever you feel heartburn, mix 1 teaspoon of the mixture in a glass of cold milk and drink. 3.Avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages.Especially stop drinking bed tea. 4.Avoid using garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking. 5.Curd should be strictly avoided at night. 6. Practice Yoga and Pranayama such as Vajrasana, Bhujangasana, Salabhasana, Bhastrika Pranayama,Shitali Pranayama and Shitkari Pranayama. 7.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 8. Avoid constipation. 9. Revert back after 10 days. Take Care.

Hello, Chest pain in your case may be due to 1. Acidity. 2. Severe anxiety 3. Muscular problem 4.We have to rule out cardiac cause a. You can take tablet pantocid 40 mg one tablet before food for 3 days b. Local application of volini gel 1% twice a day for 2-3 day you should go for BP check along with baseline ECG and review with report I am giving you some health tips to avoid acidity 1. Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day 2. Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 3.Avoid stress, smoking, alcohol 4. Moderate physical activity regularly 5. I don't think this is laziness, it probably is lethargy from depression. Trying to sleep during the day will only complicate the biorhythm and give you more trouble to sleep. Meet with a counselor and if that person advises that you meet with a doctor please do that too. You must cooperate with both therapies to get maximum gains. In the meantime do some of these recommendations very faithfully: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem-solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning, at least, five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position, you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There is some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food. You may also include these noted foods that are good for your brain health: Brain-Friendly Foods MIND stands for Mediterranean-DASH Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay. But the MIND approach “specifically includes foods and nutrients that medical literature and data show to be good for the brain, such as berries,” says Martha Clare Morris, ScD, director of nutrition and nutritional epidemiology at Rush University Medical Center. You eat things from these 10 food groups: • Green leafy vegetables (like spinach and salad greens): At least six servings a week • Other vegetables: At least one a day • Nuts: Five servings a week • Berries: Two or more servings a week • Beans: At least three servings a week • Whole grains: Three or more servings a day • Fish: Once a week • Poultry (like chicken or turkey): Two times a week • Olive oil: Use it as your main cooking oil. • Wine: One glass a day You avoid: • Red meat: Less than four servings a week • Butter and margarine: Less than a tablespoon daily • Cheese: Less than one serving a week • Pastries and sweets: Less than five servings a week • Fried or fast food: Less than one serving a week

Definition:
Sex is one of the basic instincts of human life. It is as important as food, clothing and shelter. Sex is not just for human reproduction or making babies, but it is also a mode of physical and mental relaxation. Lack of proper sex education by our government and educational institutions has led to mushrooming of quacks, hakims, vaids & unqualified sex specialists. Premature ejaculation :-

It means uncontrolled ejaculation/semen emission before or shortly after the enters the vagina during sexual intercourse.
How does erection occur :-
For erection to occur, several parts of the body must together. The brain sends messages to control the nerves, hormone levels, blood flow and muscles that cause and erection. Typically sexual disorders in women are sterility, dyspareunia (painful sex) and vaginal dryness. Men commonly suffer from erectile dysfunctions and problems of premature ejaculation. Sexual disorders very often arise from psychological factors such as fear and incompatibility of partners. These disorders may also be precipitated by smoking, hormonal imbalances, diseases like mumps and diabetes and the prolonged use of drugs like contraceptive pills.
Conventional treatment may lead to various side effects. In women, blurred vision, tender breasts and depression is not uncommon. And in men it could lead to mental confusion, gastric problems, dizziness and headaches

1.Apply 5% permethrin cream liberally into all skin surfaces from the neck to toes at bed time and rinse off in the morning 2. Take one tablet of levocetrizine at bed time for itching 3. wash all clothes/towel/bedding in hot water and dry in hot dryer/sun exposure 4. If symptoms persist, repeat the treatment after a week.
