I am suffering from pimples problem on my face from long ago and not clear yet please suggest diet and simple for pimples free face and also major issue of stomach gas and gas start if I eat something or lunch and dinner please please suggest simple way to avoid gas problem currently I take safi blood purifier at night.

I have rash in my left armpit. Picture is enclosed. Its itchy. I am using itch guard since one month but little effect is there.
