Avoid physiotherapy. It might aggravate the problem. Take some neuro vitamin. Nerve problem takes time for recovery. It may take upto 3 months.

It is not for pain relief. It a combination medicine used for cartilage regeneration. Once daily. Add some physiotherapy and analgesics and a good calcium supplement.
