It is summer season in jaipur and I actually realised that I sweat a lot in comparison to other people. Whenever I go out my entire t shirt gets wet and head too. please help.

Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

Dear, the most common causes of weakness are * anemia * metabolic disorder (diabetes, hypothyroidism) * breathing problems (asthma, sinusitis) *digestion problems (diarrhea, gestric ulcers) * cervical spondylosis first check out your haemoglobin (hb), if your hb is low, then eat a lot of green vehetables and iron rich foods like apple, guava, sapotas (cheeku, beet root and oranges. Takeiron suppliments for increase in hb. If your hb level is normal then your all parts of body get adequate level of oxygen. 2. Take deep breaths atleast for 10-15 minutes twice a day. 3. Check out the blood sugar fasting in every 6 months. If blood sugar level, then take proper medicines for high sugar level. 4. In thyroid disorder, there is a feeling of weakness and tiredness. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9. you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Good to know that you are keen on losing the excess body weight. But your description about your condition is incomplete in many aspects including any tests done and any medicines you are already taking. Just saying I want to reduce my fat cannot help a dietitian give you a scientific advice. For weight loss you definitely need to streamline your lifestyle by any modification that it may require like altering eating pattern, exercise and stress relief. The real need for weight loss is purely motivation from your end. Will require your diet recall to plan a personalised well balanced diet plan. There are may fad / crash diets available on the internet which even if they show results in the short term may have some health implications later or simply helps you gain back more weight then what you have lost. Avoid falling for such tall claims and opt for a slow and steady weight loss.

Lybrate-user first you need to figure out what is creating a hindrance for you, that you are not able to reduce weight. Maintain a diary of your weight. Check your weight every morning, empty stomach. And calculate it accordingly. If you are not able to reduce with the help of exercise, try to maintain some diet balancing as well. After your exercise don't take much of carbs like parathas, chesse sandwiches, fried things etc. Take more of beverages, like coconut water, fresh lime water, vegetable juice etc. Take minimum 10 glasses of water everyday. Start taking frequent meals at the interval of 2 hours. Likewise after your breakfast make a schedule of mid meal like any fruit or so. Than lunch as per your last meal and so on. Basic idea is to take frequent meals at every 2 hours of interval. Exercise you can choose that should help you to boost up your metabolism rate, as you are too young, so boosting your metabolism will help you to reduce weight. Like you can start with brisk walk, aerobics, jog etc.

Generalised pains can be due to 1.fibromyalgia 2. Calcium and vitamin D deficiency 3. Nutritional problems Get a CBC, Calcium, Vitamin D level and Fasting sugar done. Start a course of anti inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen for 5 days. Start physical exercises when pain decreases. Special medication are needed depending on underlying cause. Consult a pain specialist for detailed evaluation.

food is extremely important to manage our weight. So we have to be careful of what we eat. Regular things like choosing whole grains, having fruits and vegetables, avoiding junk food etc have to be followed. Apart from this include some form of physical exercise in your routine. Maybe a walk or yoga or whatever you like to reduce your stomch fat

Due to sexual arousal the semen secretion takes place and few sperms also comes out along with semen even with urination. Don't worryworry have nutritious food go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises and yoga and pranayum like kapal bhatee etc. It will be alright.
