I'm suffering from snoring It's getting irritated to my friends who sleeping besides me please give me good suggestions to get rid of snoring.

When you snore, structures in the mouth and throat’the tongue, upper throat, soft palate, and uvula’vibrate against the tonsils and adenoids. There are many possible causes. Overweight people are more likely to snore, and experts think it’s because the extra fatty tissue compresses the air passages. Drinking alcohol before bedtime is another factor: It causes throat muscles to relax and tissues to sag. And whenever you have nasal congestion from a cold or allergies, you’re more likely to snore, because inflamed tissues and extra mucus interfere with airflow. Tricks to prevent snoring Try the following preventive measures to reduce or eliminate snoring. Changing your sleeping position may be all it takes, but a larger project’namely, losing weight’is often the real ticket to tranquil nights. ‘ Buy yourself a few extra pillows and prop yourself up in bed, rather than lying flat on your back. You’ll prevent the tissues in your throat from falling into your air passages. ‘ Elevate the head of your bed. An easy way to do it is to place several flat boards under the legs at the top end of the bed. A couple of short lengths of two-by-eights or two-by-tens under each leg should raise the bed enough to do the trick. ‘ Sleep on your side. Of course, there’s no guarantee you’ll stay in that position, but at least start on your side with your arms wrapped around a pillow. There’s a good reason you don’t want to sleep on your back: In that position, your tongue and soft palate rest against the back of your throat, blocking the airway. ‘ If hugging a pillow doesn’t help, you can ace the problem with service from a sewn-in tennis ball. Here’s how: Sew a little pouch on the back of your pajama top and tuck a tennis ball inside. At night, if you start to roll on your back while you’re sleeping, you’ll get a nudge from that tennis ball, prompting you to get back on your side. ‘ If nasal congestion is causing your snoring, take a decongestant or antihistamine before you turn in. ‘ Tape your nose open with nasal strips, available at most drugstores. They may look odd, but who’s watching? Following the directions on the package, tape one of the strips to the outside of your nose before you fall asleep. They’ll lift and open your nostrils to increase airflow. ‘ Gargle with a peppermint mouthwash to shrink the lining of your nose and throat. This is especially effective if your snoring is a temporary condition caused by a head cold or an allergy. To mix up the herbal gargle, add one drop of peppermint oil to a glass of cold water. (But only gargle’do not swallow.) ‘ It sounds extreme, but some people have used a neck brace‘the kind people with whiplash wear’to stop their snoring. It works by keeping your chin extended so your throat doesn’t bend and your airway stays open. You don’t have to use a stiff plastic brace, however. A soft foam one, available at drugstores or medical supply stores, is less restraining and will work just as well. ‘ Reduce bedroom allergens (dust, pet dander, mold) to alleviate nasal stuffiness by vacuuming floors and drapes. Change sheets and pillowcases often. ‘ If your snoring is a seasonal problem’and you know you’re allergic to pollen’try drinking up to three cups of tea made from the herb stinging nettle. Herbalists recommend it for soothing inflammation caused by pollen allergies. To make the tea, pour 1 cup boiling water over 1 tablespoon of the dried leaf (available in health-food stores). Cover the tea and let it steep for 5 minutes. Strain and drink. Drink one cup of tea just before bedtime. ‘ Don’t eat a heavy meal or drink alcoholic beverages within three hours of turning in. Both can cause your throat muscles to relax more than normal. ‘ Snoring improves as you shed some weight. Losing 10 percent of your body weight can help by easing constriction of the upper airway. ‘ Quit smoking. Tobacco smoke irritates mucous membranes, so your throat swells, narrowing the airway. Smokers also have more problems with nasal congestion. ‘ If you’re regularly taking any kind of medication, talk to your doctor about alternatives. Some drugs can make snoring worse, including sleeping pills and sedatives. ‘ Dry air can contribute to snoring. There are lots of ways to do battle with dry air. A humidifier or steam vaporizer in the bedroom can keep your air passages moist; just be sure to clean it regularly, following the manufacturer’s instructions. Another approach: Just before bedtime, fill a bowl with hot water, drape a towel over your head, bend over the bowl so your nose is roughly 15 centimeters from the water, and breathe deeply through your nose for a few minutes. A short course in snoring self-defense If you’re living with someone who snores, there’s a better than even chance the nightly sonorities are fraying your relationship. But remember, other spouses and partners have dealt with this too’and survived. So before you head for the hills, consider some practical methods to deal with the rumblings of your otherwise lovable bedmate. ‘ Buy yourself a pair of earplugs. They are inexpensive and quite comfortable, once you get accustomed to them. ‘ A white-noise machine can make nights with a snorer more bearable. These electronic devices produce a consistent sound that muffles other noises. ‘ Turn in well before your snoring spouse. That way, at least, you have a head start on a good night’s sleep. When to see the doctor about snoring Loud, excessive snoring can signal sleep apnea, a potentially dangerous condition that requires treatment. Contact your doctor if you’re a loud snorer who stops breathing for short periods when you’re asleep. You should also notify the doctor if you sometimes wake up gasping for breath, if you wake up with headaches, or if you’re sleepy during the day. Sleep apnea can reduce levels of oxygen in the blood, eventually leading to elevated blood pressure and an enlarged heart. In addition to lifestyle modifications (losing weight or changing your sleeping position), some doctors sometimes recommend a continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) device for nightly use. Surgery is also possible. Don’t miss out! Hi Mixing two teaspoonfuls of ghee in a glassful of milk and taking this once a day acts as a liner inside the gut and will heal all the destruction caused by the high flow of Pitta. Take pranacharya aceno syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya aceno capsule 1-1 twice a day. And avipattikar churna 1-1 gm with warm water. Take pranacharya udar bhaskar kshar churna twice a day with warm water. Take fresh butter milk empty stomach. Avoid tea. Coffee.spicy food. Junk food. The best and most effective way to get rid of the localized fat is a combination of low fat and low calorie diet with exercises. Let us talk about the diet first. Cut down on calories and add necessary fillers like insoluble fibers to add bulk to the diet, you may include whole grains, fresh whole fruits, raw salads and vegetable preparations. This helps in attaining satiety while consuming lesser calories. Restrict the intake of refined foods like those made with refined wheat flour. Avoid sugar wherever possible. Making way for the good protein sources like legumes, dals, milk and its products and soy in the diet also helps in cutting down the calorie intake. Protein rich foods delays the digestion time and one dos not feel hungry soon. Also, you must choose the fats wisely. Limit the intake of oil and avoid the fried foods and snacks. Drink plenty of water and other healthy drinks to keep up the metabolism. You may also include options like green tea and lemon tea. Buttermilk and tender coconut water are also good options. As mentioned above, in addition to the dietary modifications, exercises are equally important, especially the ones for abs. Moves like crunches, twist crunches, bicycle crunch, step hop, squats etc. Are excellent to burn abdominal fat and tone the muscles. Set a time for exercise and start with simple workouts for short duration, you can slowly increase the time, frequency and intensity of the workout. This would allow the body to keep pace with the changes. Make sure that you give enough time to warm up and cooling down after each workout. Avoid lying down or sitting immediately after the meals. You may go for a light walk after lunch and dinner. Or if possible sit in Vajrasana for 15 – 20 minutes after the meals. Avoid heavy meals after sunset and reduce the total salt intake. My stool is never fit and constant, sometimes it is semi solid and spreads from its structure and floats in water, sometime it sits down but is not in one piece. It seems not so strong to hold it together. Sometimes it is seems to be tight but floats in water. It comes yellow in color sometimes. And most of the time brown. Or yellow brown. I am worried about whats going on.

Strength of body that we receive from food does not depend on the quantity of food but we assume but on quality. Your diet should contain all the constituent like carbohydrate protein fat and vitamins. Eat at least one fruit daily and one glass of milk. Also do exercise daily.

My knowledge, there is no medicine in the world so far to cure diabetes. If the claim made is true then diabetes would not have spread as it is now. In india itself there are close 7 crore diabetes patients. T2 diabetes is a condition which can be prevented at the pre diabetic stage, by regular exercise, maintaining normal weight, avoiding too much of sugar and sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries.

Hi, take tab. Septillin 2-0-2 after food and swasatone lehya 1 tsf twice daily followed by milk for 3 months continuously. Take imunocin 1 tab. Twice a day for 3 months to gain immunity in the body. Avoid cold and refrigerated food. Avoid sweets and oil fried food. Perform pranayama daily in the morning for 10-15 mins. Avoid exposure to dust by tying a kerchief or a mask around the face covering the nose.

Hye. Although laziness is common and a natural part of life, it has the potential to completely consume us. Laziness causes you to feel trapped. No matter what  you do, you cannot seem to shake it off. You feel tired, you fall asleep constantly during the day, you sit around a lot and feel unable to be active, you avoid doing anything productive, and put on hold things that you want to accomplish. There are two kinds of laziness. First, there’s the kind where you have been working your head off for weeks and finally after all your hard work all you want to do is be lazy and do nothing. But then there’s the kind of laziness where you struggle to find motivation. Every time you think of something you would like to do or achieve, you cannot find the energy or drive to work toward it. This is the kind of laziness that is quite common.Being lazy is actually quite draining and depressing. Even the simplest task seems like a challenge. Here are some effective ways to overcome laziness. 1. Focus on just a few things at a time. We often create a big list of things that we want to do and achieve. Focusing on two or three things at a time will allow you to feel less overwhelmed. Instead, you will feel motivated, as your goals will now seem so much more achievable. People feel motivated when they feel they have a good chance of success. When success seems like it is just around the corner, suddenly you  get an amazing rush of energy where you feel liberated and excited to achieve bigger things. Set yourself two or three easy to achieve goals at a time, and you will notice that you will naturally gain inspiration and motivation. 2. Exercise. Exercise is the simplest way to overcome laziness. A lot of the time, we are lazy because completing a task seems too difficult. With exercising, you don’t have to figure anything out. You just have to make that one big decision to literally start moving your body (jump up and down, go for a run, or start doing lunges in your living room). You will find that you will become more willing to think about complicated things, such as working on a project or doing something that you have been avoiding. Exercise will help you break through that barrier of inertia and will help you feel motivated and more willing to put in effort. 3. Allow yourself time to relax and do the things you enjoy. Often you become lazy because a task seems too difficult. By relaxing and doing the things we enjoy, we allow ourselves to feel satisfied. When we are satisfied, we are more willing to take on bigger tasks and achieve bigger things. By relaxing and enjoying yourself, you also allow yourself to think about things, reflect, and feel inspired. 4. Diet You are not overweight. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work or in college. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels. Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Sleep well.
