For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. Follow up after 1week... Drink plenty of fluids.. Avoid constipation...

Hi due to long period on computer you are feal ing eye problem. Wash your eyes with cold and clean water with 2-3 hour intervals. Drop rose water3-3 drops in you eyes 3-4 time daily. If you feals strain, take rest on every 3 hours interval.

I suggest, you should take natural protein like soyabean, sattu ka atta with milk, egg,fish, sprouts,peanut butter, milk and milk products, pulses. You can try whey protein powder after workout.

Genetic factors play an important role in determining the traits of obesity and also rate of weight loss. Some genes play the role to telling the body how to metabolize food and to use extra calories or stored fat. Obesity runs in families as generally families eat similar foods, have similar lifestyle habits and thinking patterns, such as that children should eat more to become big and healthy. Certain illnesses like thyroid gland problems or genetic diseases run in families.

Some eating disorders like binge eating disorder affect a person's diet as he eats more and repeatedly often in binges. These people generally lack the developed eating patterns learned in childhood.

It is also to be remembered that obesity is not the result of momentary overeating. It is a long term phenomenon because people tend to overeat over long periods of time.

Emotions can fuel obesity, as people tend to eat more when they are upset, anxious, sad, stressed or even bored. Afterwards they feel bad about eating more, and later to relieve this stress, they may eat even more.

Increase your appetite by eating more to gain weight. But do it step-by-step and not by stuffing yourself too much at one go. Add one extra chapatti or more rice than you normally consume, or you could even start with fruits by eating an extra one every day.? Including the following foods in your diet is also a good idea. Foods are Milk. Egg Banana Oats Breads Puffs Energy bars- Energy bars like granola bars might not be healthy if you are trying to lose weight, but it?s a good option for those trying to gain it. They are loaded with nuts and calories, and if consumed in moderation, they can help add some weight.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Follow these guidelines. Do muscle building exercise like push ups, weight lifting etc. Eat extra more frequently than before. Do not skip meals. Use extra refined foods with unrefined. Add ghee, butter etc with foods extra. Eat fish, egg, meat etc more. Add more healthy fats in cooking. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Drink plenty of water but not just before or during meals. Take proper sleep at night. These are simple things but for more details and quick guaranteed result consul me privately on lybrate.

Healthy body in healthy mind! so decide first that you will find time daily for exercise for 1/2 an hour. Exposure to sun for 10- 30 minutes is necessary for our vitamin d requirement. So do your work sitting in sun or find time in between your job hours for walk in sun light. Key to heart as well as key to health is through stomach that too healthy eating habits. Take less roti almost 1per meal. More natural juices and water.

Hye. Thanks for the query. Lip shape is genetic and usually you can't change it other than cosmetic surgery or by makeup. Though there are still some things that you can try and do. Keep lips cleansed Keeping clean lips and moisturizing them regularly is the best way to get smaller lips. You should clean your lips at least once a week otherwise it would appear dark due to accumulation of dead cells and dirt on it. And although you may thing that dark lips tend to appear smaller but unclean lips tend to appear unattractive so the sole purpose of having smaller lips is not accomplished by dark lips and also unclean lips are unhygienic. One can use a lip scrub to get rid of dirt and dead cells or one can make a home remedies using Aloe Vera or lemon to get clean lips. Moisturizing Lips Moisturizing lips is essential as providing moisture to the lips makes them soft and smooth. If moisture is not provided regularly then lips tend to dry and such dryness can make lips to appear bigger. So if a you want your lip to appear smaller rather than bigger than you have to moisturize your lips from time to time. Now this moisturizing can be done with the help of a lip moisturizer or even by a home remedy like honey will help to moisturize your lips. Lips Exercises There are some simple exercises like trying a tongue twister over and over again to tone your lips. Second putting your lower lip above your upper lip and give a wide smile without the upper lip falling from lower lip and the third would be to force yourself to smile while pulling the corners of your mouth down. Repeat these exercises 10 times daily to get smaller lips naturally.

I'm a sailor in Indian Navy and our service demands fit & healthy body. But I've always been underweight. I'm a regular smoker & a frequent drinker. Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.
