hi, you should go for a brisk walk in the morning. do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. take salad before meals. take 1 glass lukewarm water with half lemon in the morning. drink more water in a day. don't take rice at night. avoid heavy dinner and late night meals. avoid junk food and processed food. take small and frequent meals. you can consult me privately online on lybrate I will give you diet chart for loose weight.

hi, stop eating junk and processed food. do regular exercise. take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sprouts, pulses, sattu with milk, egg,milk and milk products etc. no drink before and with meals. take proper sleep and avoid stress. you can consult me privately online on lybrate I will give you diet chart for increase weight.

hello, don't worry about it. do regular exercise. stop eating junk and processed food. take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. take dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. include carbohydrate and protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sprouts, pulses, milk and milk products, egg, fish,nuts etc. avoid drink before and with meals. take small and frequent meals. you can consult me privately online on lybrate I will give you diet chart for increase weight.

hello, ap daily walk pr jay and exercise kre. 1 glass gunguna pani m 1 lemon le. green leafy vegetables and salad khaye. kam se kam 12 glass pani piye. oily food and street food avoid kre. proper neend le. din m thodha thoda krke 6 times khaye bulk m na khaye.

hello, don't take tension.stress is an other contributing factor to weight gain and slow metabolism. drink warm water throughout the day .your problem can be solved with good diet chart . pls check your haemoglobin level .you need to gain some strength and stamina .for that you have to enhance your nutritional status by having balanced diet and adequate sleep regularly. take small and frequent meals. avoid heavy dinner and late night meals. avoid junk food and processed food. take small and frequent meals. you can consult me privately online on lybrate.

hello, you need to take a balance diet. add more protein in your diet like soyabean, sprouts, pulses, eggs,nuts etc.you should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. take small and frequent meals. you can consult me privately online on lybrate.
