Hello, bleeding gums could be because of deposits on your teeth or food lodged in your teeth. Visit a dentist get your scaling and polishing done. Brush twice daily, maintain proper brushing technique, floss regularly and rinse after every meal.

First of all you need to change your shampoo into baby shampoo. Avoid iodized salt. Use natural henna powder dipped in liquor of tea overnight. Hi, MidaI can understand that weight gain is a big problem now a day. The main reason behind weight gain is eating more of the processed food, less of exercise and drinking less water. You observe the habit of yours, you will find that these three reasons. Hence to lose weight cutting on processed food, sugary food, drinking 3-4 liter of water daily and exercise for min of 30 min per day is essential. Balanced food is the key to long term weight loss. I can suggest a diet plan and some dietary supplement for quick weight loss. I am suggesting a general diet and supplement for you. Hello. Make sure your intestines are clear and well detoxified because they might be the root cause of your thin body condition. For the detoxification of your stomach and intestines drink lukewarm water right after you wake up in the morning sitting in sukhasaan (chaukdi) and rinse your mouth with Luke warm water and then gulp it in (sip the water instead of drinking it in speed). Eat a heavy breakfast everyday and consume at least 5 spoons of cow ghee along with your food, milk etc (each day and not just one time) The best remedy is sitting in "Prithivi Mudra" for about 20 minutes every day doing this method for 6 months regularly will provide you with natural weight increase (touching the upper part of the ring finger and the thumb , while keeping rest of the three fingers straight ) Another tip is that the best time for breakfast is after the sunrise till 2 and half hrs of sunrise (for example if the sunrises at 6:00AM in your city then the best time is 6:00AM till 8:30AM) Thanks.

Hye. In order to lose weight you must either eat sensibly and exercise to burn off calories. Eat as per the body's needs. Food that is not used to fuel the body is stored as fat. A major component of losing weight is to make smarter food choices. Here's how: Limit non-nutritious foods, such as: Sugar, honey, syrups and candy, pastries, donuts, pies, cakes and cookies, soft drinks, sweetened juices and alcoholic beverages Cut down on high-fat foods by: Choosing poultry, fish or lean red meat. Choosing low-fat cooking methods, such as baking, broiling, steaming, grilling and boiling. Avoiding high-fat snacks like chips and chocolate. Avoiding fried foods. Using less margarine and mayonnaise. Avoiding high-fat gravies, cream sauces and cream-based dishes. Eat a variety of foods, including: Fruit and vegetables, whole grains, breads, cereal, rice and pasta, dairy products, such as low-fat or non-fat milk or yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese and low-fat cheese, protein-rich foods like chicken,  fish, dals and legumes, or beans should be included in your diet. Change your eating habits: Eat three balanced meals a day to help control your hunger. Watch portion sizes and eat small servings of a variety of foods. Choose low-calorie snacks. Eat only when you are hungry and stop when you are satisfied. Eat slowly and try not to perform other tasks while eating. Find other activities to distract you from food, such as walking, taking up a hobby or being involved in the community. Include regular exercise in your daily routine.

It is six months since your delivery. You can start working on your weight reduction now. You need not go on crash diet however you can cut down on Oils/Ghee/Sweets/Junk/Salts/Namkeen etc. Breastfeeding requires just additional 300 calories apart from your regular diet. You can focus on better nutrition with more fruits, salads, proteins. Drink more water. Take 10-15 almonds everyday. You don't have to overeat to feed your baby. Your baby will get full nutrition just through your normal diet now. Go for daily walks or you can start a Yoga program. Minimum 30 mins daily. This is the right time to begin your fitness and reduction program. Slowly and steadily work on it and you will be able to reduce. For personalized program you can consult me privately. All the best.

This sir is most probably due to weakening of bone support and gums.Which is why you are having gaps.I suggest sir that you consult your local dentist for thorough cleaning and oral prophylaxis, check for cavities , use fluoride toothpastes.And mouthwashes. I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.
