Hello you can increase your weight by following these things: 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your daily food intake should ideally consist of nuts, dry fruits, seeds, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. 5. Supplementation. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. 6. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Please follow the below recommendation for your conditions: Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note – Don’t eat bananas when you are down with common cold. For further queries get back to me.

Drink lot of water and make changes in ur diet to include more fruits vegetables and dry fruits. For even skin tone, u can use jathiphal rubbed wit milk as face pack not more than thrice a week. It helps to even the skin tone n removes tan. Use a herbal scrub twice a week. Face packs normally depends on ur skin type. So can't suggest much on that end.

Hello, Faddy, first of all you have to be very patient and determined to gain your weight in such a way that your body will allow the changes and it will be easy to maintain. So, it will take your time to gain weight in a healthy way so that one hand you gain your weight and other you also become fit along with it. To achieve this you have to follow following instructions - 1. Eat a balanced diet that include high calorie nutrient dense and easily digestible foods and liberal amount of fluid. 2. Avoid high calorie foods which are empty in nutrient like junk foods, fast foods, alcohol etc. 3. Do regular physical exercise. 4. eat small amount frequent feed. 5. get 8 hrs. sound sleep.

Are you currently taking any medications for your headache? a strong headache can be a symptom of a serious condition, such as a stroke, migraine, meningitis or encephalitis. Deposition of fat takes place in person prone to prolong sitting job and that is specially around belly. Take a break in every half hour and have some walk. Avoid packaged food, bakery item, fried food, cold drink ice-cream and sweets. Have brisk walk daily morning.

Hi, tips for weight loss follow a balanced diet. Eat more homemade food. Have 3 servings of vegetables a day start a day with health breakfast like king. Drink more water. Add a meatless meal once a week. Eat more whole grain. Switch from full fat dairy to low fat. Eat good & healthy fat. Have healthy snacks.

Open pores can't be removed permanently, but you can use a good quality of facewash and ctmp (cleanser, toner, moisturiser and protection by applying sunscreen with spf- 30, 20-30 minutes before going out). This nourishes the skin well and improves the texture and tone of your skin. You can you toner to remove the sweat and dust from the face as well. (use the above products according to your skin type!)

Dear lybt user, according to your height, weight should be 65 to 70 kg. You can go through proper natural and balanced diet with whole cereals dals veggies fruits, milk egg, butter, nuts, fruits, peanut, banana, potato yam sweet potato, do regular exercise. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.
