Does having supplements during gym for muscles is harmful. My trainer advise for supplement for enhancement in body n muscles but I fear about adverse effect so does it have any adverse effect especially lyk dysfunction dysfunction or any sexual problem or any problem related to body or after leaving this supplements.

There is no denying fact that nutritious food gives you the best results for healthy body and is long lasting without any side effect. People who are doing excessive training like you do need some additional nutrients to fulfill the body's increased requirement. Protein supplements provide quick protein needed after gymming. If you buy a good branded protein powder, it might not have as bad effect as a cheap product. But still make sure most of your protein and nutrients come from natural food.

Hello doctor. Due to hyper thyroid I hd taken ayurvedic medicine till one yr. Now my course had completed. N it is in control n doctor advised me not to take any medicine n m not taking any medicine. But now I hv joined gym to reduce weight n I hv reduced 7 kg. Now problem is that I want to lose more due to heavy thies .back .n tummy. But it isn't going on. Kindly Help me in this matter. Hi, you should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Eat less carbohydrates and add fish egg white into your diet. Avoid completely rice items, drink more water in a day. Take 2 cup green tea daily. Take small and frequent meals.

Use a soft toothbrush -- and brush properly! Brush your teeth for at least two minutes twice a day and after meals. Hard brushing can further damage the soft tissues of your mouth. - Floss at least once a day and be sure to floss beyond the gum line to remove more plaque. - Control bleeding by applying pressure to the area with a cold compress. - Rinse with salt water or hydrogen peroxide to keep the area clean. Avoid mouthwashes that contain alcohol, which can dry out your mouth. - Stay away from smoking and other tobacco products, which can aggravate bleeding gums. - Eat a balanced diet and limit snacking between meals. Carbohydrates and sugars feed dental plaque. - Try an oral irrigation device, commonly known as a "water pick, to clear debris from around the gum line. - You may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person.

Tatoo can be removed with various methods like laser, dermaabrasion excision and skin grafting etc. Laser would be the first option the results are varied and require multiple sittings (6-8), may take upto 6 months. The results depends on the kind of tatoo the color of inks used whether done by a professional or amature. The tatoo will fade with laser and may leave a ghost or faint image. The Cost varies on the size, the kind of treatment and the clinic. Consult a dermatologist who specializes in lasers.

A)Take 30 ml of aloe vera juice along with 30 ml of honey and 30 ml of lukewarm water, at night before sleep...B) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and 10 gm of jaggary before meals..C) eat 10 gms of black cumin seeds along with 30 ml of lukewarm water after meals...D) take 2-2 tablets of sutshekhar rasa and aarogyawardhini vati after meals…do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result..consult to me for further suggestions….THANKS…

Rashes on skin are mostly caused due to allergy or called hypersensitivity. It may caused by some special food items or cloth fabrics. * you are advised to please check the clothes you are wearing. Avoid all types of synthetic cloths like nylon & use only cotton clothes to avoid rashes. * avoid peanuts, jaggery (gur), garlic, tila, cashew, pista, dates, spices, curd, egg, chicken, alcohol because these food increase the internal heat of body which may also cause redness of skin & appearance of reddish spots, itching & burning. * apply calamine lotion on sites of rashes to get relief from itching & burning. * drink upto 2-3 liters of water everyday. * practice sheetali pranayan in the morning for 5-8 minutes.
