Hi I have a problem of shoulder dislocate, it happens at anytime sometimes during driving, while changing dress and it pain alot while dislocate. Hi doctor,i am 33 years old from Kolkata. My weight is 100 Kg and I have lots of thing Like Fasting Sugar 131, PP sugar 170, glycosylated hemoglobin 7.78 (HBA1C), Sr. Triglycerides 188, VLDL 37.6 and UACR 40mg/g. I can not do regular exercise because of my daily tight schedule. Kindly suggest some best way to get control on these things. Thanks in advance ---

You should follow this diet chart to control & treat the diabetes. * in morning, drink 1-2 glass of luke warm water empty stomach & walk for 15 minutes to detoxy the body. In breakfast, take 2 chapatis of gram flour (besan) with a bowl of cooked vegetables (green leafy vegetables only) * in lunch take 2 chapattis of wheat flour with a bowl of cereals (dal) with a bowl of curd. * in evening, take a bowl of salads or a fruit like apple / orange / pear/ melon. * in night, take a bowl of boiled soyabeans with raw vegetables like tomatos/ cucumber/ onion. After dinner avoid taking milk & walk for atleast 15 minutes after dinner. * avoid food items like rice, potatos, banana, chiku, sweets, candy& chocolate.

I am a male and my age is 26, I am skinny guy my muscle growth is like a school boy and I am less hairy too, I look like a 17 year school boy. I also read some online articles from which I think I have some symptoms Klinefelter syndrome or low testosterone levels. I don't know completely how to fix this and which Dr. I need to consult. Well this may be due to low testosterone level..what u hv to do is exercise daily..it will improve ur metabolism and metabolic rate...take high protein like chicken,egg,fish,, soya protein daily..take walnuts,,pea nuts daily..take milk daily...take dates daily..take brocolli... Take spinach...take lettuce daily..take plenty of water...take chic-peas in soaked form...with this u need to check ur thyroid and testosterone level..don't worry just follow my instructions...it will help u out.

Healthy weight gain means more increase in muscles and to a certain extent fat in order to support those muscles. Just eating anything or high calorie foods will result in only fat gain which will not give you a proper body shape and will also be detrimental later in life. A diet high in protein and adequate carbohydrate in necessary. In order to achieve a healthy weight you should know what you have to eat and how much to eat.

Generally, people take wrong path to gain weight in absence of proper knowledge and start eating high calories food like pizzas, parathas and other junk foods. Include food rich in good calories. Salty peanut butter on bread. It gives you approximately 192 calories plus it is extra high in protein. One serving of cheddar cheese packs a good 69 calories. Hello lybrate user, looking at your height and weight ratio of course you are underweight. - thing you have to do is to increase the appetite and absorption level - for that you need to do some brisk walk and complete nutritional diet. - take fresh ginger juice 5ml with pinch of salt before food daily twice - always consume freshly prepared home food - take kooshmanda rasayana 1spoon with milk daily twice do it for 30 days. Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal.  · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad.  · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

Try sleeping in the flat floor instead of bed and change your bike seat very soft and spongy if constipation is available have lot of water and make your bowels habits good. Don't do any exercise unless you do not have any pain, if it aggravate by doing exercise then consult a near by ortho specialist.

Dexona is a steroid and after stopping it he would definitely loose his weight and it decrease the function of bone marrow and in near future he can suffer from diabetes and I will suggest you to never take it and for a healthy weight gain Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.
