I have recovered from covid 6 weeks back. During covid, I was on oral steroids for one month and on oxygen. No diabetes. Now I am suffering from postnasal drip. Ent doctor prescribed furamist nasal spray. Since it is steroid, I am worried of any fungal infections like black fungus. Please suggest if I can continue with nasal steroid.
