I am having dark spots of pimples on my face, shoulder ,upper part of knees. My face is looking very bad. So please tell me what to do to remove this.

Hello, Since last 4 days, I developed a red rash of total 5 cm diameter with whitish fluid filled spots of diameter upto 1 cm and one white area of 3-4 cm in the skin fold of my groin. There is no itching but area is very hot and painful to touch and sit. I live in a very hot and humid area.
