I am 25 years old and my 164 cms and weight 78 kg (over weight. If I did joging (morning working) means I am feeling my stomach increasing. So how to reduce my weight. My health was too good and fit, only problem was over weight. Two years back weight is 69 kg only . When my blood tested in medical camp ,after looking at reports doctor said that have you using any tablets for thyroid control. I said NO! ,He replied that its ok. So please suggest me what to do. I am not eating much and not having regular non veg also. suggest me.

Just by walking and jogging one does not lose weight. You have to follow a strict nutrition program to remove body fat. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Your hight is 5.4 is a normal indian height but what is the average height in your family maternal and paternal sides. Height is the length of bones. And bones are calcium and minerals so drink milk with jaggery regularly early morning and bed time. See that your dvitamin is in sufficient in the body. Do not go for any magic medicines and remixes. Ayurveda and other system of science are safe than quacks who are unqualified. With faith drink milk do exercise you will gain hight.

• Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Hello, Self-care measures can help ease the pain of a migraine headache. Try muscle relaxation exercises. Relaxation techniques may include progressive muscle relaxation, meditation or yoga. Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on. Place an ice pack wrapped in a cloth on the back of your neck and apply gentle pressure to painful areas on your scalp. Medication: Take Bakson's Mig Aid tablet/ 1 tablet 3 times a day.

This sounds like gastritis. Take tablet neksium 40 mg once in the morning before breakfast for 1 month.
