It looks like a case of peptic ulcer disease or GERD. The excessive acid formation in stomach leads to this condition. Apart from medications you require lifestyle modification too. No oily spicy and outside food. Hello, It might be due to irregular life style, stress & anxiety- disbalancing hormonal set up distracting your period, adversely. Premature greying of hair is called canities. You hair fall can be controlled with medications. Need to see you to assess properly and precscibe accordingly. Meanwhile you can start using Minoxidil 5% apply 1 ml on scalp twice a day. Thanks.

Try few things for your back pain: - Apply Ice and Heat Heating pads and cold packs can comfort tender trunks. Most doctors recommend using ice for the first 48 hours after an injury -- particularly if there is swelling — and then switching to heat. You can use whichever you find comforting as long as your skin is protected. - Limit Bed Rest Studies show that people with short-term low-back pain who rest feel more pain and have a harder time with daily tasks than those who stay active. -Keep Exercising Activity is often the best medicine for back pain. Simple exercises like walking can be very helpful. But remember to move in moderation, Stay away from strenuous activities like gardening and avoid whatever motion caused the pain in the first place. -Maintain Good Posture most people have poor posture when going about their daily activities, putting unnecessary strain on their backs. -Strengthen Your Core Most people with chronic back pain would benefit from stronger abdominal muscles. If the abdominals are weak, other areas must pick up the slack. When we strengthen the abdominals, it often reduces the strain on the lower back. - Improve Flexibility Too much tension and tightness can cause back pain. By increasing flexibility you need to put an equal load throughout the body from the feet all the way up to the head. -Sleep the Right Way The amount of rest you get is important, and so is the position you get it in. Sleeping in a bad position or on a mattress without support can cause back pain. Back sleepers should put pillows under their knees. Side sleepers should place pillows between their knees to keep their spine in a neutral position. Stomach sleeping causes the neck and head to twist and can put undue stress on the back. -Use Relaxation Techniques Research shows that practices such as meditation, deep breathing and yoga, which help put the mind at rest, can do wonders for the back. -See a Specialist Developing an individualized exercise plan is essential to managing chronic back pain. Some patients need more core strengthening while others benefit mainly from stretching and improving flexibility. Please consult a Orthopedic Physiotherapist for the right exercise plan. Best wishes.

Cost is of his skill n the materials med he is using, sterilisation costs, cost of disposable equipment he is using, cost of disposable material he is to use for himself like gloves mask etc n the establishment cost hence I think he must b breaking even only very reasonable.

Ointment which cure this have some adverse effects,,I will advise u to go for natural way of curing this,,apply alovera gel extract ,use atta as a scrubber,,apply fruit pack take 1 pc apple 1 pc tomato 1 pc carrot 1 pc papaya 1 pc cucumber make a paste before applying add honey and few drops of lemon juice,,

Your ideal weight should be around 55 kg. You can not reduce weight by exercises only. Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: a.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a.m) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a.m - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p.m) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p.m) – Daal, roti,mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p.m – 5 p.m – Cup of Green Tea f.Evening (4-6 p.m) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p.m) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal.
