You have to be investigated. Chest x ray and sputum for afb to rule out tb. If there is no tuberculosis then go for spirometry. You should consult pulmonologist.

I am facing cough and cold issue from last two weeks, and I have eosinophilic problem so I took mox-250 mg, betnesol and avil along with benadryl and some strepsils which helped all the time before but this time cold is gone but dry cough problem is still active.
Can you suggest me any kind of test or medicine so it may help.

Are you talking only combutol, if it is so than it's inappropriate treatment. Give full details of your treatment.

I take combutol 1000 for tb overnight.
Today by mistake I took an extra tablet in morning also (after 11 hours of last dose).
What should I do about my today's night dose?
