Hair fall problem reflects nutritional status, unusual stress, skin disease of scalp etc. About 100 hair are lost daily under normal conditions. Keep hair and scalp skin clean.

First do health check up.And do exercise like weight lifting and other muscle building exercise.Use bigger plate.Do not skip meals.Eat more frequently than before.Eat dense fruits,vegetables.Take extra egg,fish,mushroom.tofu etc.Add healthy fats in cooking.Take nuts,seeds as snacks.These will help you but for more details consult me privately on lybrate.

It seems his weaning period was improper and so is present day activity. Now first you find his taste and encourage to eat any thing but by himself. Even if he remain hungary for two days no harm. No pampers. I hope you will get results in two three weeks.

As I mentioned that I am intersted for family planning either me or wife. Presently I am using condom. Our sex life is good and we are use sex twice or thrice in a week or depends on availability of time. We have two childs. One is 12 years old and second is 6 years. Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Hi, your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 2. Eat 6 small meals throughout the day 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels.

Gud question. You need to do exercise of your hand to make it muscular. And for that you need to go to gym where there are special instructer who will guide you to do exercise for your hand. In addition if you want to make your hand muscular you need to take high protien diet. If you are a vegetarian you can take cereals like mung chana etc. Soyabine is a very good source of protien. Soyabine vadies are available in market that you can add to your sabji. Or you can have soyabine floor which you can mix it with wheat flour in apropriate amont nd make roti ot paratha from that. Drink more milk and milk products like cheese. You can also take protien powder. So many such powders are available on online market. And you can also ask the gym instructer for this powder. They can guide you for that. And if you are nonveg its easy as most nonveg food are rich in protien. You can eat eggs. Or tandoori chisken which is very rich in protien. You have said that you are 66 kg. So you need to take 66 gram of protien per day. And for that if you eat only eggs you can have 6 to 7 eggs per day.

Our body is made of 60% water that is divided into an extra and intracellular fluid. When the body is deprived of water due to any reason, there is severe electrolyte imbalance in the body causing muscle cramps,sagging off skin, weight loss etc and if corrective measures are not taken,this could be life threatening too. To overcome this,first and foremost try drinking water at regular intervals. Ors or any home based beverages should have salt and sugar for better absorption of the electrolyte. One can also have coconut water, fresh lime juice or kokum.have moisture rich veggies and fruits like cucumber, water or musk melon ,juicy fruits. One can also serve curd or dal rice,thin porridge with added salt and sugar. Ensure not to eat too many sugary foods as it could lead to diarrhoea and further loss of body fluids. Elderly,young kids are especially prone to dehydration. People who work in hot weather,who sweat a lot and diabetic patient are in particular at risk of dehydration.

Dear lybrate-user, The weight gain in the body is due to the more of the calories in your diet than you burn in the whole day. One should eat balanced diet comprising of Carbohydrates-50%, protein-40% and fat 10% in right ratio with a maximum of 1500-1800 calories per day. To keep satiety at meals increase your protein and lower your cabs content, these wills the amount of food in next meal and thus decrease calorie consumption. Good choices of protein to be opted are: •Egg white •Sprouts •Mushroom •Oats •Chicken and fish Drink plenty of water and do not include high density source of calorie rich snacks like nuts and seeds. Make sure to include workout schedule at least 5 times a week along with maintaining rest session and complete sleep for a healthy body and mind.

Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. .avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Hi lybrate-user if your abdominal fat is lowering your self-confidence and giving you sleepless nights, here are the tips to give you flatter and fitter tummy. 1. Add fiber to your diet constipation distends your fat, add veggies and fruits to your daily diet to relieve you of constipation, reduce intakes of refined cereals like maida, noodles, pasta and whole grains instead add dalia and oats. This would relieve you of constipation and bloat to give you a flat tummy. 2. Decrease sodium intake sodium retains water in the body and hence your fats swells up, reduce intake of junk food as it contains a lot of sodium. Stop adding extra salt to dishes, also packaged and processed food contains a lot of salts so better avoid it. 3. Increase potassium foods rich in potassium help you get rid of balancing sodium, fruits are very good source of potassium, adding them to their daily diet not only provides this nutrient but also increase the fiber content of your daily intake 4. Avoid sugar alcohols we do not completely digest these low-calorie sweeteners usually found in flavoured low-calorie drinks, diabetic and sugar-free foods. Bacteria in a large intestine ferment during gas and distension so check food labels and avoid sorbitol, xylitol and lacitol. 5. Increase liquids drinking plenty of liquids helps flush out toxins from the body. Keep yourself hydrated with at least 8 glasses of water, also include lassi, coconut, water, lemon water in your daily routine. Make sure to include homemade soups only, as packaged soups are not that nutritious and contain added sodium in them. 6. Carbonated beverages and alcohol these give you extended bellies and your dream of flat tummy falls flat. Alcohol gives you empty calories with zero nutrition. 7. Probiotic curds include low fat curd in your diet regime as it contains live bacteria which tame bloating by increasing intestinal motility. 8.
