Your blood sugar levels are not well controlled and as you know it can affect any organ of the body. Please discuss with your doctor and clear your doubts. It is also very important to balance all the aspects of your health and not simply depend on medications which can have limitations after some time. Please read from the internet about Diabetes and it's complications, and how to manage it with proper diet, exercise and medicines. It requires your sincere efforts to stick to the plan suggested by your doctor. Kindly follow up regularly with the doctor and follow the suggestions. You can also add Homeopathy which is safe and gentle and can be taken with other medicines. It can help the body's immune system and aid in natural balance and healing. You can contact me for further information regarding Homeopathy.

Try doing kapal bhathi. There is a special way of doing it for prostrate patients. Lie down on the floor or bed. Do kapal bhathi in such a way that the strokes are felt on the point where the penis joins the main trunk of the body. This gives a mild internal massage to prostrate. Hence the general health of the prostrate improves. In any case surgery is also not a bad option and should not be ruled out.

Besetting beyond 6 years of age is abnormal and it should be treated. There are two types - primary and secondary my advice to reduce betwetting frequencies 1.Do not drink any liquid after 6-7 pm (water, coffee and tea etc) 2. Go to toilet before going to sleep 3. Practice some bladder exercise in th day time Drink more water in day time and hold your bladder as much as possible so that your bladder is trained to keep more urine. While passing urine in the day time you do this excersie of holding and passing .you just pass few ml and stop and hold for few seconds .like wise do slowly and your urinary valves (sphincters) are trained to hold urine during night also. Try this for 2 months. If not improved then you can take medications either as a nasal spray or pills.

Respected sir You have not mentioned your age. I assume you to be over 50 years of age. Your symptoms suggest you might be having a benign enlargement of the prostate gland. Its a physiological condition in males over 40 years of age. Kindly get yourself evaluated by a Urologist, who will examine you and advise you investigations to corroborate the diagnosis and prescribe medication. Many advanced drugs are available now a days which can be used in the management of BPH. Its a treatable condition. Please do not worry Hope this helps Thanks.

There is no need for any medicine and he can have normal diet he kidneys are responsible for keeping the level of creatinine in the blood within a normal range. The typical reference range for serum creatinine is 60 to 110 micromoles per liter (mmol/L) (0.7 to 1.2 milligrams per deciliter (mg/dL)) for men and 45 to 90 mmol/L (0.5 to 1.0 mg/dL) for women.
