Hi.. black spots and marks are very common after the continuous eruptions of acne. These scars can be faded or removed spontaneously with time but in few persons it can be matter of unease. Scars and marks can be removed by chemical peels and and microdermabrasion which can be done fortnightly and usually 6-8 sittings will clear the face.

I will suggest you to apply aloevera gel twice a day for six months over the lesion and follow up on completion.

Under Eye Dark Circles - 8 Common Causes Behind It!

Beautiful eyes speak a thousand words. They play a pivotal role in shaping up your overall personality. Your eyes can make or break things in life. But appearance of dark patches under eyes may play a spoilsport. They foil the beauty of your innocent eyes. It is not just lack of sleep or rest that causes these unwanted dark circles. Researchers have found out that a number of factors are responsible for under eye dark circles. Here are the common reasons behind dark circles:

  1. Aging: There are numerous blood vessels passing through the under eye region. As blood cells get clogged in these vessels, they give a blue black tinge to the region. Aging leads to the thinning of the skin under the eye. This makes the blood vessels more prominent and appears as dark circles.
  2. Hereditary factors: You can sometimes blame the bad genes for occurrence of dark circles. Nutritional deficiency: If you are not taking balanced diet, you may end up developing dark circles. Your body must get adequate supply of vitamins A, C, K and E to prevent dark circles.
  3. Insufficient Sleep: Lack of proper rest and sleep turns the skin under the eyes pale. Therefore, the blood in the veins becomes more prominent, causing dark circles.
  4. Smoking and alcohol: The intake of alcohol or indulging in smoking can lead to dehydration of the body and thus lead to dark circles.
  5. Long hours under the sun: Your skin under the eyes gets damaged by the UV rays from sunlight. Moreover, spending long hours under sun triggers the excess production of melanin pigment. This gives a darker shade to the region beneath your eyes.
  6. Pregnancy and menstruation: A woman's skin is largely affected by the hormonal influences at the time of pregnancy or menstruation. The hormonal changes during these periods lead to darkening of the under-eye area
  7. Diseases: Researchers have found that certain diseases linked to the liver or anaemia often causes dark circles under the eye.
  8. Allergies: The colour of the under eye region often changes due to certain allergic reactions and subsequent scratching or rubbing of the area.

Weight training and yoga both are very good for curing PCOD. This will also give you a good body composition. While you will gain muscle mass which will make you look fit at the same time you will not gain fat which is common in pcod (the reason your doctor wants you to loose weight). Eat healthy, include banana n coconut in your diet.

lybrate-user, You are on treatment with thyroxine tablets, which is the right treatment for hypothyroidism. Howere, to be free from all the symptoms TSH level has to be brought between 3 to 4 mU/L. So it appears your Thyroxine dosage is low. Needs to be increased. Thanks.

A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea C. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk.

My weight is 51 kg ,height 173 cm and age 29. Whenever I try to increase my weight , I become anxious unnecessarily whether I will get affected by cardiac arrest and depart this world. You definitely need to consult a very good dietician. Also gaining almost 25 kg in 2 months is not a good goal. The proper way to gain or reduce weight is taking an approach that does it gradually. You also need to remember that when you gain weight gradually then you are not gaining only fat but also gaining muscle mass. Then yiu don't need to worry about cardiac and other health related issues. Hope this helps best wishes.
