Your hair fall is not at all connected to masturbation. Masturbation is not really bad; it is the addiction to it that is bad. Not even the number of years is a problem but the frequency and compulsiveness to do it is to be considered for its ill-effects. At your age you may feel it difficult and it can become addictive if you have alone time, if you obsess about it, and if you are not into relationships. The problem with addiction to this is that you may go on to prefer masturbation to heterosexual contact, even when you are married. That obviously would be an insult to your wife and will lead to a lot of conflict. Heterosexual contact is very wholesome and the physiology is made exactly for penile and vaginal contact. You will instead enjoy a poor replica of this and not know or care for the difference. The second thing that can happen with addiction is that it will become compulsive and will have no boundaries or limits, since it can be done all by yourself, whenever, wherever, and however too. The big problem a lot of children get into is the guilt around this. A useful way to discharge the energy is to get into contact games, or exercises, or even hobbies to channelize it. Also you should not spend too much time alone, and you need to keep your mind occupied with other interesting things and a lot of socializing. Even if you are not interested in marriage, for whatever reasons, it will help you to get into a friendship with a girl and enjoy the relationship where there will be a lot of excitement when you fall in love. Right now your hormones may be very active and your physiological apparatus is primed and ready for sexual stimulation. But because of your age and even otherwise it is important to develop good control and not feed into your impulses. Keeping yourself occupied and living a healthy social life are the keys to manage your sexual drives.

Hi,Gas and acidity is the result of constipation and indigestion.Take homoeopathic medicine to get relief:-1. Gastrobin (WSG), 10 drops+ 1/2 cup of water, half an hour before meals, 3 times a day. *Lycopodium 30, 3 drops once daily in the morning for 7 days. 2. Natrum phos 6x, 4 tablets at a time, 3 times a day 10 mins. after meals. 3. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. 4. Drink two cups of coconut water daily. 5. . Dengue or any viral fever takes about a fortnight or month to recover in some cases. I presume all investigations have been done related to fever. Cause of irregular fever may be different provided it is confirmed by recording mouth temperature. Maintain dairy recording temerature regularly and meet a consulting Physician for review of diagnosis and further treatment.

Agar aap zada ambitious diet banayengi to chances hai ki aap usko follow nahin kar payengi issi liye pehla step hai ki aap apni diet ko dheere dheere change ki jiye. Aap apni diet ko teen mahine main sustainable way main change kar sakti hai agar aap yeh steps follow karein to 1. Changes to be made in the first month: pehle mahine main aap siraf commercial snacks give up kar di jiye jaise ki biscuits, cakes, chips aur high sugar wale drinks ko bilkul chorr di jiye jaise ki coke, pepsi, commercial juice. Fresh fruit juice ki intake bhi kam kar di jiye kiunkii ismain bhi bohot sugar hota hai. Apni water intake badha ke 8-10 glasses per day pe le aayen. Changes to be made in the third month: apni chaye coffee main sugar ki amount fir se half kar di jiye (1/2 chamach ki jagah 1/4 chamach). Apne meals main roti sabzi dal ki amount ko ghata kar raw vegetable ko zada kar li jiye. 3 baar khaane ki bajaye 4 bar khana khaiye par kam quantity main. Raat ke khaane main siraf raw fruits aur vegetables li jiye aur minimal roti/sabji khaiye. Agar aap is taraha se gradually apni diet change karengi toh teen mahine main aapki life badal jayegi.

Have Pleasant Meals: Meal time should be a pleasant time rather than a hurried affair. You should thoroughly enjoy every meal. Listening to soothing music while dining can be very helpful. Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

You need to examine if your work is too stressful for various reasons. It is the one place you will be spending the greatest part of your awake life, more than even with your family! This being the case any stress there can take a severe toll: the stress in the work is mostly related to relationships. We are always into relationships and you need to find a very amicable way to interact with people. If it is people related, you will need to examine whether you are the cause or others the cause. If it has to do with workload, then you will need to discuss that with your colleagues first and if they think you are justified, then you will have to take it to the immediate boss. If it is injustice in the work spot, you will need to discuss it with the HR department. If you feel that you are doing more than you can manage or are qualified for, again you can consult the HR department. If you are emotionally distraught, then there may be some work for you to do with a counselor. This is where stress is mostly felt. When you do not express feelings you will land up with stress. Check what feelings you are not dealing with and then tackle that to find relief which is a permanent solution. To resolve it you need to deal with the unexpressed feelings which may have become a habit from childhood. Meet with a counselor and that person will help you process your feelings and find ways to express them once and for all and give you permanent relief. Your weight loss and dependence on medication will reduce drastically if you go for counseling also.

Hi lybrate-user, I appreciagte you seeking help. First and foremost, I would advise that you stay cool and not be overly anxious. Gynecomastia does not mean breast cancer. It is a benign enlargement of the breast tissue triggered mostly by hormonal imbalance, the exact underlying cause of which needs to be ascertained. Hello, Please rule out pregnancy first. If negative then, You may be suffering from PCOD, hypothyroidism or hyperprolactinemia and needs to get evaluated for ruling them out, once pregnancy has already been ruled out, as other causes of delayed menses.

Hair fall could b significant or just physiological without any systemic involvement. Firstly, don't stress over it. Meditate. Practice yoga. Relax yourself. Stress vil increase your hairfall. Drink two litres of water. Eat plenty of pulses, meat, fish and milk. Avoid hair cosmetics. Wash hair twice or thrice a week. Shampoo should be done to wash dirt, dust and grime and not for anything else. Don't use dyes, bleaches or straighteners. Massage scalp to improve circulation. After a bath, don't blow dry your hair instead naturally dry hair. If any scalp infection, get it treated. Any allergy should be taken care of. white hair is related to many micro and macronutrient deficiencies. There are also autoimmune diseases linked to it. It can also be genetic. So, it's very important to get yourself evaluated and treated. Don't blindly take any treatment. Don't use any form of garlic, onion, shallot on head.
