Please suggest me a best supplement which has vitamin d and zinc and doesn't have calcium which creates kidney stones. My testosterone level is low? Also I have a BP of 160/100 and taking medicine. Thanks in advance.

The best source of vitamin d is sunlight. Sit in the sun with minimum clothes on in the morning hours for 30 mins. Pl keep your head in shadow or cover it with some leave or wet cloth. If you are not able to sit without clothes wear thin white clothes only. It is summer these days hence it will be advisable to drink 2 glasses of water before sun bath. Your weight is about 8 kg in excess. You should adopt a weight reduction program.

Pelvic stretch:-to do this stretch, you first need to lie back down and bend your knees. Place your hands by the side and your palms should touch the ground for some support. Then lift your buttocks as high as you can, your back should form an upward curve. Hold it for about 20 seconds. Then do it again, for about three to four times. This stretch will stretch the spine and strengthen your torso.

Female height can increase till age 21 yrs & males till 18 yrs of age. But yes we can take chance & do best Exercises:- 1) Skipping at least 10 min 2) Pull ups 3) tadasan, stretching & suryanamaskar in yoga 4) Hold horizontal iron bar which is 2 feet from your height & let the body hang for as long as possible to hold on. Hi, Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes.

Psoriasis has no proper reason White scales r formed on red patches Usually occur on elbows, knees, scalp, back, palms and soles Dryness increases psoriasis It increases in winter, alcoholism,smoking also increases Apply moisturiser to prevent dryness particularly in winter Take proper medication to control it There is no complete cure for psoriasis But recurrence can be prevented with proper maintanence of skin What ever treatment u take whatever money u spend there is no cure Try to understand and maintain ur skin such that recurrence don't occur

Hi, I am 23 years old. Now a days am facing more hair fall issue. Since am using same hair oil and hair shampoo from long time. I do not know why its happening pls suggest. And also if any solution also pls do let me know. And also for your information am doing exercises daily, is it good to do exercise with empty food and effective. Or we should take any food. If it's, what is the best to have before doing exercises. What kind of foods will make body more stronger. Any menu suggestions pls do let me know More over am driving a byke nearly 100 kilo meters in a day. So am feeling like back pain. What will be treatment. Is it can be improved by doing exercises or do I need to take any food to control. Please do let me know. And also am fitness freak, what kind of exercise will give more beneficial for muscle. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 3 time weight training and 3 times cardio vascular like, walking, jogging, cycling, cross trainer 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

ipill is to prevent unwanted pregnancy it's not to control bleeding get ultrasound done to find out reasons for bleeding and get treatment accordingly ipill is loaded with hormones which can stop bleeding for few days but be prepared to get abnormal bleeding again
