Mix powdered Indian gooseberry (amla) and sesame seeds in equal amounts. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day with water. Massage with bhrigraj oil thrice a week. Use mild herbal shampoo.. Take amla tablets 2 tab twice daily with water for 1 month. Eat protein rich diet.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. \navoid bending in front. \npostural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a da.

Hi , You may need a Ayurvedic physician visit.As medicines are giving you a short term relief then this means that a proper diagnosis of the disease condition is must. Consuming just painkillers will not be a permanent solution for your disease.

Don't skip meals, eat breakfast avoid oily and junk food ,aerated drinks. Drink 8-10 glass of water eat fruits and veggies drink green tea without sugar .do 20 suryanamaskar 5 times a week avoid sugar. Take light dinner. Get a thyroid test done.

first of all avoid following things == besan,bekary product,junk food , spicy food have your dinner at 7.30 pm and sleep at 10.30am 3.exersise atleast 45 min 4.eat all fruit-vegetable [ex.lauki,parval ,bendi,karela, 5 fruit=muskmelon,watermelon,papaya your weight will come down take following remedies 1.triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch nad dinner 2.amla juice 4tsp+2tsp sugar powder+honey 2 tsp

This is hyperacidity. Avoid spicy, oily food. And do not go to bed just after food intake. He should start taking avipattikar churna 3gms before each meals with lukewarm water. Thanks.

Hello, the menstrual cycle gets affected by many factors like stress/ tension, unhealthy lifestyle, nutritional deficiency, hormonal imbalances, etc. If it's happening for the last 3 months, the probability could be nutritional deficiency or exertion of any kind as can't come to any conclusion now; take calcium and iron-tablets for 3-4months which will cover any nutritional deficiency - five phos. And alfaalfa tonic - both 3 times a day daily. Revert.

As per Ayurveda, Pimples & Acne are mainly due to incorrect Daily routine & improper dietary habits generate toxins in the blood & skin which ultimately results in Pimples / Acne and other skin problems. Stress, Pollution & other factors also affects skin health. General Prevention: 1.Take healthy food and avoid unhealthy ones as what you eat is reflected on your face! 2.Avoid Junk Food, Oily & Spicy food, excessive coffee/tea. Take Leafy Vegetables, seasonal Fruits and healthy diet. 3.Avoid taking unnecessary Stress/ Tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin. 4.Do meditation & deep breathing for 10-15 minutes daily 1-2 times. 5.To get rid of toxins, drink 8-¬10 glasses of water daily. 6.Take 6-¬8 hrs of sound sleep everyday. 7.Never rub your face as it may damages the skin 8.Wash your face with water at least 3-4 times a day and must at bedtime. 9.Use Herbal Face wash, Facial creams & cosmetics.

Hi I'm chandra, I'm 31 years old. I tried to conceive on my fertile days (12th to 16th day ), I was getting white discharge from day 11th to day 19th. Periods comes in 30 days. If no associated complaints white discharge is normal. Pregnancy possible only on one day of cycle-day of ovulation so you must give nature 12-24 months for same.

I feel excess sleepiness at the time of waking up. I am hardly able to open my eyes, even after I have waken up. Also I am losing my hair very fast. Tiny painful bumps keep forming and when I put my fingers on the scalp, tiny white beads just like soil particles come in my fingers.

Dear lybrate-user It seems you do not have good sleep at night. So only you feeling sleepiness while waking. 1. Do not get tense or anxious for any matters 2. Be calm and relax yourself in all stressful issues 3. Do not take much caffeine at evening. 4. Do not watch the tv late night 5. Do not hang yourself in too much time with mobile and laptop 6. Finish your dinner by 8 pm and go to bed by 10 pm 7. Do not eat too much, beyond your threshold level at night, do not eat much spicy or oily or fatty food at night 8. While going to sleep, calm your mind - relax and sleep Do not take any medicine for sleep, than you will be addicted to it. For hair loss Hair loss is common in this modern society The hair loss are due to various reason 1. Hereditary 2. Stress 3. Inadequate vitamins and proteins 4. Too much breaking down of hair 5. Respected lybrate-user hi take 2-3 ml of honey with 7-8 drops of lemon make thin paste apply for 20 min preferably in early morning. Doing daily has no harm duration can be decided by you. I would personally suggest to add lavender oil 5 drops in it for more better results dear thanks regards no side effects absolutely.

You can include good protein in your diet. Include protein in your major meals like breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can have in the form of curd, paneer, pancakes, chicken / fish / eggs, dal, sprouts etc.
