How to increase weight and stay healthy If you are attempting to increase your weight, it is important to remember that simply eating anything at all will not help. Incorrect eating habits might not only affect your body functioning, but could also have other undesired effects on you. This is why it is important to eat correctly, while keeping track of your daily activities. Listed below are some simple and effective tips to gain weight. Put together a schedule Like most other things, it is essential to put together a detailed and achievable schedule that will help you gain the numbers you want. Pimples are caused mostly due to pitta. I advise you to take tablet puroderm one tablet three times daily for three months. It is an ayurvedic medicine free from any side effect.

Hello, You don't need to change this habit it's just about changing mindset. What commonly known as is the 'Withdrawal Stage' which is very common with most of us. Once you start with any exercise schedule first couple of weeks are difficult for everyone. Once you wake up ensure that you are splashing some cold water on your face which will ensure that your state of semi sleep is disturbed. Followed by a warm cup of herbal/ginger tea for refreshing your system. Remember its just that first 5 to 10 minutes that are difficult to adapt and that could only be possible if you distract yourself from your bed.

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Hello, according to ayurveda weight gain not only depends upon heavy diet but also on other factors like proper digestion, sound sleep, and mental relaxation. Your excess diet/protein powder is not being digested and hence major of its portion is being wasted as excreta. Try these modifications for weight gain- a) avoid fast food and spicy diet. B) avoid late night sessions. C) wakeup early before 6: 30 and perform yogasana like pawan muktasana and slight running schedule. D) increase sweets and dairy products in your diet. E) try to sleep at least eight hours a day.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner 7. Shir shuladi vajra ras vati 2 tab after lunch and dinner.

Hello, for the blocked artery you have to consult to specialists. For a good sleep you should take Kali phos 6x , 5 tabs , in the morning. Take Avena sativa Q, 10 drops + Passiflora Q, 20 drops +, half cup of water at night 1 hour before sleeping. Revert me after 15 days.
