Dear, from the description, it seems that you have anxiety disorder and it could be social anxiety disorder. You were worried when you gave blood and you carried the whole worry with you for some period instead of forgetting it. Later it manifested as anxiety. Anxiety can be treated with the help of awareness, psychotherapy, life style changes and exercise. I think two or three counseling sessions and psycho therapy techniques should solve your problem. Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

Take diet which gives you sufficient amount of protein like pulses. paneer, milk. eggs, meat etc. Soyabean is a good source of protein for vegetarian people. Also take banana with milk and nuts. exercise daily.

As such more of saliva formation is good for you and your teeth. In case if it is irritating avoid taking more of water atleast 6 hours prior to sleeping. This might be helpful to you.

Hi incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

I have a very sensitive skin. I have fair colour and I do apply sunscreen before going out. Not on daily basis but I do suffer from breakouts quite at short intervals and I develop acne (pimples) mostly towards my lower face and upper neck. What can be done to prevent them?

the very first thing you need to double is start brushing your teeth two times a day. rinse your mouth after every meal. drink good amount of water. this will help in preventing the accumulation of food over and between the teeth. visit a dentist for fillings of the cavities you presently have. if you follow strict oral hygiene measures, cavities won't increase.

Hello lybrate-user, right nutrition is very important for children at this age as this is a period of massive growth. All foods included in their diet should be power packed i. E giving many nutrients and calories, also it should be high on proteins so as to help them in gaining muscle mass for better health and immunity. Examples-banana/mango/chickoo milkshakes with honey and nuts, paneer stuffed sandwiches/parathas, cutlets, chikkis of peanuts/chana, dryfruits and mixed nuts. Overeating would harm more than help as it would lead to burning excess calories to use the food eaten leading to wastage of energy and in the bargain they might lose weight. If they do not eat something then leave them there and retry after sometime but do not give up.

I have a combination skin. But I often get painful pimples on my forehead. N moreover I am left with some light marks of pimples on my cheeks which I had during my pregnancies. Kindly suggest me some home remedies n prescribe an ointment if required.

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.
