Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. ... It is also believed that insulin is related to PCOS; too much insulin can increase the production of androgens, which also cause problems with ovulation. If you believe your irregular periods and weight gain are because of PCOS, speak with your doctor.

I have wheatish complexion with combination and sensitive skin. When I do for facials my skin is all good but after 10-15 days my face skin becomes dull dark and lifeless. My face starts looking too dark with no radiance. Furthermore I have discoloration near my mouth and the skin is not smooth.

Drink warm lemon water each day to help flush toxins from the body. Cut out sugar and alcohol for a few days (at least five) to give your body and skin a break. Up your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables to boost the amount of skin-saving nutrients you're getting. Limit salty snacks, which can cause swelling and water retention.

If you lost 20 % of the hair that says that there is problem. In thinning normally hair loss starts first and then scalp becomes visible. It is important to check whether it is reversible baldness or irreversible baldness. Treatment is always possible. Diet rich in minerals, protein and iron is good for hair. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week. Consult trichologist for treatment.

If you want to gain weight, then I would recommend you a easy diet plan, Do some exercise also, it will help you to gain weight. No needs to take any supplement. Diet Plan: 1. MORNING: banana shake (2 bananas and 1 glass of milk) sprouts Brown Bread with 2 eggs Or paneer stuffed paratha 2. LUNCH: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size bowl of green veg 1 small plate of rice 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm in day time 3. LATE AFTERNOON: 1 fruit and coffee with 4 cookies 4. DINNER: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size of bowl green veg 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm 5. LATE NIGHT: 1 glass of milk improves your water intake. Proper treatment of pcod in consultation with a gynaecologist, diet control, exercise will help you to reduce your weight. Get you thyroid profile tested. Hypothyroid state with pcod also makes you obese.

Best Exercises For Knee Pain dear you can do it, Except where stated, do 10 to 12 repetitions of each of the following, 2 or 3 times a week. Partial Squats E pain. Stand about 12 inches away from the front of a chair with your feet about hip-width apart and your toes forward. Bending at the hips, slowly lower yourself halfway down to the chair. KeSide-Lying Leg Lifts Wearing ankle weights above the knee, lie on your left side, legs straight and together, with your left arm supporting your head. Keeping your right foot flexed and your body straight, slowly lift your right leg to about shoulder height, then slowly lower. Repeat with your left legep your abs tight, aSUsing an aerobic step bench or a staircase, step up onto the step with your right foot. Tap your left foot on the top of the step, and then lower. As you step up, your knee should be directly over your ankle. Repeat with your left foot. Tep-Upsnd check that your knees stay behind your toes. Lower back pain you can do it this exercise, 1 Lying on your back, bend your right knee into your chest and place a strap or rolled-up towel around the ball of your foot. Straighten your leg toward the ceiling. Press out through both heels. If the lower back feels strained, bend the left knee and place the foot on the ground. Hold for 3-5 minutes and then switch to the left let for 3-5 minutes. 2…. Lying on your back, bend your knees into your chest and bring your arms out at a T. As you exhale lower your knees to ground on the right. Keep both shoulders pressing down firmly. If the left shoulder lifts, lower your knees further away from the right arm. its not a must that there should b increase in it..body response varies from person to person,,if urine infection is there will b increase in pus cells,casts cell wbc in urine.. sr creat 1.27 is not high..its normal till 1.30 or 1.32.. so dont worry...

DEAR LYBRATE USER...A) apply paste of fresh lemon juice and fine powder of turmeric on face with gentle massage,two times in a day...B) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice and 30 ml of triphala juice ,at night before sleep...C) take 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 10 gm of jiggery after meals…D) take 2-2 tablets of chandraprabha vati and aarogyavardhini rasa after meals...Do all these things for 15 days ..it gives you good result..consult to me for further suggestions..THANKS

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds / cashew daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. - Take deworming tablets every six month. Feel confident about yourself and be positive.
