Are you suffering from polycystic ovarian syndrome and are looking for an ideal remedy? Polycystic ovarian disease or PCOD is a common female health condition. It is a complex disorder and involves several factors which include insulin resistance, obesity, irregular menstrual bleeding, insufficient ovum production, and abnormal menstrual cycles. According to Ayurvedic principles, PCOD occurs primarily due to the imbalance state of your doshas. The dosha vaishanmya is linked to the symptoms of PCOD, and the relationship between the doshas and lakshans is permanent.

Treatment
PCOD is associated with stri beeja and rajah formation, along with medhodhantu to some extent. These should be attended to while the condition is being treated. The Ayurvedic treatment of PCOD aims at providing ideal care by correction of the ama dosha. By this, you achieve koshta shuddi, which in turn regularizes your tridoshas. The way or approach towards Ayurvedic treatment for PCOD includes the following:

  1. Treatment of agnimandya at both dhatwagni and jataragni levels.
  2. The alleviation of sroto avarodha is an essential part of PCOD treatment using Ayurveda. You should undertake purificatory therapies which are based on the grade of your doshic vitialation, and the exact area of affliction. These should be followed by rasayana drugs, which are free radical scavenging agents.
  3. The regularization of the apana Vata is essential as well. You must firmly avoid vihara and kaphkara ahara.
  4. Yoga and meditation are very important for the Ayurvedic treatment of PCOD. You should perform yoga asanas regularly. Some of the ideal postures for PCOD management include sarvangasana, matyasana, and shavasana.
  5. It is also very important for you to work out regularly, undertake different physical exercises. This will make your overall life much healthier.
  6. You must follow a healthy, balanced diet regularly, which should consist of fresh vegetables and fruits.

Ayurvedic herbs for the treatment of PCOD

  1. The varuna crataeva nurvala is an effective herb which helps in the clearance of channels, which reduces your cyst’s size.
  2. You can try hareetaki because of its amazing laxative effects, which reduce the morbidity of your body.
  3. Bilva or aegle marmelos heps in reducing the size of your growth, via its digestive effect.
  4. Strotasshuddhi is required and herbs likes Punarnava, kaphhar medicines are advised.
  5. Phytooestrogen sources and female tonic Shatavari is very much advised.
  6. Agnimantha, similar to lions. Lake er dhareyjata
  7. Guduchi is another effective remedy for PCOD and has a rejuvenating effect.
  8. Kanchnar is the drug of choice for Thyroid as per AYURVEDA, Strotasshuddhi is done by using Trikatu, Punarnava and other medicines. Rasayan like Shatavari are advised for enhancing female hormones.

You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets and singular ab exercises or ab machines will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

take tab. vertin-8mg twice a day for vertigo. for thyroid take tab. thyroxine . where there is deficiency of thyroxine hormone leading to sluggishness, tired feeling, weight increase, slow heart beats, intolerance to cold, swelling of legs, feet and face, difficulty in concentrating and at times in speech. Treatment for hypothyroidism is giving thyroxine tablets. And dose are according to level of thyroid for life time. Avoid bad habits . Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Go for walk, Take plenty of water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. flax oil, Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Do Tests every 3 to 6 months. And consult doctor on time.

Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi to increase weight you need to have calorie rich meals well placed throughout the day to form 4-5 meals a day. Foods like milk and milk products, nuts, eggs, ghee based home made sweets, pulses.

Please do a urine pregnancy first to rule out pregnancy. If negative I would advice you to wait at least another week if your cycles are otherwise known to be regular and repeat the pregnancy test. If still negative then take progesterone pills to induce bleeding.

You are still young and can wait. If there is a deficiency that is restricting your growth, go for regular checkup for b12, iron, iodine copper. Apply cow's fresh butter on the areas. If nothing works, it might be hereditary. Later you can go for hair transplant.

So, if a person has a strong immune system, we are protected from the attack of any virus or bacteria! a healthy, nutritious and balanced diet along with exercise will give you that. A healthy and strong immune system prevents us getting any diseases even a simple cough and cold. So, to build up a strong immunity, you need to alter few changes in your daily routine. If you don't have any underlying medical condition, you can follow the below points for healthy living. The diet plays an important role in making our immune system stronger: 1. Get enough protein. You can get protein from meat, dairy, eggs and vegetables. 2. Avoid saturated fats, but eat plenty of unsaturated fats. Echinacea, ginseng, aloe vera, and green tea are all said to boost your white blood cell count. 7. Exercise regularly. Getting enough exercise improves your cardiovascular health, and greatly reduces the likelihood of certain chronic diseases. Exercise increases the flow of blood through different parts of the body, and it increases the body's excretion of harmful metabolites, helping your immune system function properly. So run, bike, swim, walk -- whatever gets you moving! 8. Stop smoking and limit alcohol consumption. 9. You should drink 8 glasses of water every day. 10. Sufficient deep sleep also helps the cells replenish and regenerate and is therefore necessary if you want to maintain a healthy immune system. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine - schwabe's alpha-nc, alpha-cf - both twice daily and alpha-wd/ twice daily for 3 months. Use bakson's nasal-aid spray/ 1-2 sprays after every 4 hours. Management: - avoid cold drinks and fried food, take healthy food. -avoid exposure to air-conditioner or cold air. -take steam-inhalation once before going to bed. -take enough sleep and rest.

I got married on 2015 I am leaving happily with my husband but the problem is my menstrual cycle days extended monthly by monthly and Doctor diagnosis say PCOD given me Metfor 500 mg twice a day with medicine 10 to 15 days extended periods. I would advise you to take following remedy Natural home remedy using black pepper powder, lemon juice and honey: 1. Take 1 glass lukewarm water 2. Add 1 tsp black pepper powder 3. Add 4 tbsp lemon juice 4. Add 1 tsp honey 5. Mix well 6. Drink every day This will help with your concern.

Do not use extra salt in your food as higher values of sodium (from salt) than the recommended daily value can lead to hair loss. Also, always use iodized salt. Iodine is an important nutrient for hair growth. Sea food is also a good and natural source of iodine.

खूबसूरत बाल व्यक्तित्व में तो चार चांद लगाते ही हैं साथ ही अच्छे स्वास्थ्य की निशानी भी होते हैं। आजकल बालों का टूटना, गिरना या पतला होना एक आम समस्या हो गई है। अगर आप प्राकृतिक रूप से बालों की इन समस्याओं से छुटकारा चाहते हैं तो विभिन्न प्रकार के तेल आपकी समस्या का हल हैं।

इनसे बालों की ग्रोथ तो होगी ही, साथ ही स्कैल्प प्रॉब्लम, डैंड्रफ तथा अन्य समस्याएं भी ख़त्म होंगी। जानिए ऐसे ही कुछ तेल के बारे में जो हेयर ग्रोथ (hair growth) में लाभकारी होते हैं।

1. भृंगराज तेल (bhringraj oil)- भृंगराज तेल बालों का गिरना कम करता है, असमय बालों को सफेद होने से बचाता है और बालों को तेजी से बढ़ाता है।

2. कैस्टर हेयर ऑयल (castor hair oil)- इस तेल में विटामिन ई, प्रोटीन और मिनरल प्रचुर मात्रा में होते हैं, जो कि बालों पर जादुई असर करते हैं। इसके माइक्रोबियल गुण डैंड्रफ तथा अन्य स्कैल्प प्रॉब्लम से दूर रखते हैं। इसमें मौजूद रिसिनोलैक एसिड (ricinoleic acid) स्कैल्प इनफ्लेमेशन तथा अन्य बीमारियों से बचाता है। कैस्टर ऑयल बालों को मुलायम बनाने के साथ ही उनकी ग्रोथ भी करता है। 

3. जैतून का तेल (olive oil)- यह सबसे अधिक मॉइश्चराइज हेयर ऑयल है। इसके विटामिन ई और एंटी ऑक्सीडेंट गुण बालों को स्वस्थ रखते हैं। इसके एंटी इंफ्लेमेटरी गुण बालों को गिरने से रोकते हैं, डैंड्रफ से बचाते हैं और बालों की ग्रोथ प्रोसेस तेज करते हैं।

4. तिल का तेल (sesame oil)- यह तेल बाल बढ़ाने की बहुत सी आयुर्वेदिक दवाइयों में बेस के तौर पर इस्तेमाल होता है। इसके एंटी माइक्रोबायल गुण स्कैल्प इन्फेक्शन, फंगल इन्फेक्शन आदि से दूर रखते हैं। यह बालों को पोषण देता है और इसमें मौजूद विटामिन ई हेयर ग्रोथ में मदद करता है।

5. ऑर्गन ऑयल (argan oil)- यह तेल बालों को हाइड्रेट करता है। इसके एंटी ऑक्सीडेंट गुण डैमेज बालों को ठीक करते हैं। विटामिन ई और एफ बालों को तेजी से बढ़ाते हैं और उन्हें घना बनाते हैं। इस तेल से दोमुंहे बालों की समस्या से भी निजात मिलती है। इस तेल को'लिक्विड गोल्ड (liquid gold)' भी कहा जाता है।

6. जोजोबा ऑयल (jojoba oil)- मॉइश्चराइज गुण के कारण इस तेल को बालों और त्वचा के लिए बेहद अच्छा माना जाता है। इसका रोजाना इस्तेमाल बालों को फ्रिज्ज़ फ्री (frizz free)रखता है और घना बनाता है। यह तेल नई कोशिकाओं को बनाता है जिससे बाल तेजी से बढ़ते हैं। 

7. नारियल तेल (coconut oil)- सबसे आसानी से मिलने वाला और बेहतर गुणों वाला तेल है। बालों को प्राकृतिक रूप से कंडीशन करता है। इसमें मौजूद विटामिन ई और एंटी ऑक्सीडेंट गुण बालों को मुलायम रखते हैं, टूटने से बचाते हैं और दोमुंहे बाल होने से रोकते हैं। यदि इस तेल में भृंगराज, ब्राह्मी और करी पत्ता मिला दिया जाए तो बहुत कम समय में बाल बढ़ने लगेंगे।

Kindly show me photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again.
