Hello, it's quite natural due to obesity your pulse is not palpable. U, should go for reducing your weight, first. Obaesity, being common, now a days due to irregular life style. - can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life & taking, meal, judiciously. *go for a brisk walk in d morning at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. *tk, plenty of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell. Hello, sex if done with protection can avoid unwanted pregnancy and also doesn't cause any problem with future pregnancies unless you acquire an infection anytime in the pelvis.

Not a side effect .Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a condition in which man has trouble in keeping or getting an erection. It is a common male sexual dysfunction. It becomes more common as you get older but it is not a part of aging. MECHANISM OF ERECTION An erection starts in the brain. Physical and mental stimulation is required for an erection to begin. This stimulation causes nerves in the brain to send chemical messages to nerves which are present in the penis which results in the free flow of blood into the penis. This leads to high pressure in the penis which in turn traps the blood within both corpora cavernosa and then the penis expand. This causes the penis to sustain an erection. When the inflow of blood is stopped, then it opens outflow channels and then penis becomes soft. Then an erection is said to be reversed. Have you got your Vitamin D levels, serum uric acid, serum vitamin B12 levels and sugar done, if not they should be done too. Besides the pain in the leg may be due to a nerve compression in the back, that will have to be evaluated clinically and you may need an MRI of the spine if that is the case.
