I've had minor IBS for about 12 years now, although it comes and goes. About 2 years ago, it was causing me stomach aches (central, pretty much underneath my tummy button area), rumbling gurgly noises and a need to go to the toilet. This was happening fairly regularly, so I started making changes.

It's good that you started making changes basically you need to take very light diet no fried spicy and junk food and you should eat at fixed regular intervals of 3to 4hrs also try to make a change in your toilet visits also try to fix toilet timings also that will help you also try to find out by process of elimination if you are allergic to any food items

Prediabetic means prediabetic not diabetic. Everyone's blood sugar changes always depending on food taken, workout done, when blood checked etc. It is dynamic. Just follow proper dieting and excrcises, nutritional supplements. Can certainly avoid diabetes if proper consistent care is taken.

The condition is termed as Metrorrhagia also known as the dysfunctional uterine bleeding .. Basically, this condition is characterized by bleeding episodes (mainly spotting but can lead to severe bleeding) outside the menstrual phase. Metrorrhagia is considered a symptom of a possible health problem but shouldn’t be handled as a serious health problem right away. One should not panic. Some of the main cause are----------- • Endometrial hyperplasia. This condition is said to be a result of abnormal levels of estrogen and decreased levels of progesterone. This abnormality in hormonal levels would then prompt excessive endometrial cells. . Cervicitis. This is known as infection of the cervix. Bleeding during the infection would indicate prompt attention as this may progress to a chronic problem. • Abortion or miscarriage. This is a common cause of vaginal bleeding. There are cases where after abortion, fetal parts are left that can cause for vaginal infection and bleeding. • Infection. Sexually transmitted infection/s is a probable cause of metrorrhagia. Syphilis is known to cause vaginal bleeding. Those who have Lyme disease are prone to metrorrhagia as they become susceptible to infections. • Hormonal imbalance. There are underlying conditions such as hyperthyroidism/hypothyroidism that cause hormonal imbalance. • Coagulation problems. Women who have an underlying coagulation (blood clotting) problem such as those prone to bleeding are highly susceptible to metrorrhagia. • Use of contraception. The use of devices that can traumatize the vaginal or uterine lining can cause bleeding. IUD is a common device to cause metrorrhagia. I wonder why your Gynaecologist could not guide you properly.Although in your case it seems like Endometrial Hyperplasia along with Cervicitis but a physical examination is surely required to confirm diagnosis.

Hello, Weight gain is a gradual process and it needs preservance. You need to consume full cream dairy, nuts, dried fruits, eggs, lean chicken, dark green vegetables other than rice in your diet. Consider doing strength training 3times a week. Having high calorie snacks at regular intervals will also be helpful.

Hi lybrate-user here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit.

Follow these best methods for treatment of hair fall • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs. . • Stress is one of the main cause of hair fall. To reduce hairfall , Practice Yogasana like SHIRSHASANA and SARWANGASANA only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use MAHABHRINGRAJ TEL of BAIDYANATH COMPANY and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily .It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo as they cause destruction of hair follicles. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily.

1. Burn Fats And Calories 2. Healthy Diet to Lose Weight 3. Leave Carbonated Beverages 4. Eating vegetables to lose weight 5. Eating fruits to lose weight 6. Stop eating sugar lose weight fast 7. Reduce sodium lose weight 8. Herbal Tea to lose weight Common Protein Deficiency Symptoms Even with a wide variety of protein sources available, some people experience protein deficiency symptoms due to a lack of protein intake. Severely restrictive diets, lack of knowledge about nutrients, and even poverty can contribute to protein deficiency. Protein deficiency is nothing to fool around with either; deficiency can lead to gallstones, arthritis, and muscle deterioration, as well as heart problems. Here are some of the most common symptoms. Edema Edema is a collection of fluid under the skin, which most commonly affects the legs, feet, and ankles but can occur anywhere on the body. Protein is essential for maintaining a balance of water in your body; without it, you may store water improperly. Weight Loss Severe weight loss is one symptom of a protein deficiency. It may be attributed to muscle wastage, as your body breaks down your muscles in an attempt to get protein from them. Thinning or Brittle Hair Hair loss and thinning or brittle hair can also be caused by a protein deficiency. Hair is made up of protein, so a deficiency may lead your hair to lack the amount of protein it needs to stay healthy. If you become deficient enough, your hair will even begin to fall out. Ridges in Nails Ridges or white lines in both finger and toe nails can be caused by a lack of protein the diet. Ridges that run from top to bottom on the nail can indicate an ongoing protein deficiency, while a ridge that runs transverse may indicate a deficiency that has now passed. Pale Skin Skin that loses pigment and burns more easily in the sun can be caused by a lack of iron, as well as protein. Frequently, foods that are rich in iron also contain protein, and protein is necessary for the body to utilize iron properly. Anemia or lack of iron may result in pale skin. Skin Rashes Skin rashes, which may be accompanied by dry or flaking skin are a symptom of a protein deficiency. These rashes are caused by extreme protein deficiency and may resemble eczema or other dry skin rashes. General Weakness Weakness and lethargy may be caused by a lack of protein in the diet. Over time, as your stores of protein are depleted, your body will begin to break down muscle tissue, which can lead to a feeling of general weakness or lethargy. Slow Healing Amino acids, the building blocks of protein, are crucial in wound healing. When your body heals itself, it needs to repair or produce tissues. These tissues use amino acids in the repairs, and a lack of protein can lead to a slower building process. Difficulty Sleeping Difficulty in sleeping could be caused by a serotonin deficiency, which is caused by a lack of certain amino acids. These amino acids are produced when protein is broken down, and a diet with insufficient protein could lead to difficulty in sleeping. Headache Headaches can be caused by many things, including a protein deficiency. A lack of protein may lead to headaches in one of a couple ways: By causing anemia By causing low blood sugar Fainting Fainting and general weakness may be caused by a protein deficiency as well. This may be attributed to low blood sugar or to your body's need to break down muscle tissue to get the nutrients it needs. Other Symptoms Not all of the symptoms of protein deficiency are physical. Some are emotional or mental, and include the following: Crankiness, moodiness Problems with conflict resolution Severe depression Anxiety Lack of energy, no desire to do things
