If this condition is recent only Antibiotics, Antiallergic and Decongest should cure it. But it it occurs repeatedly, Surgical intervention might be needed.

Mongolic L is to be taken just one per day. Overdose may cause gastric irritation. Also if you have got sinus infection, you need Antibiotics as well.
