Dear u have perfect weight nw...continue with it and stay healthy. 1. Eat a balanced diet rich in proteins, minerals, vitamins, and fat. 2.Fill your diet with a wide range of fruits, vegetables, lean meats, fish, eggs, pulses, nuts, seeds, wholegrains and naturally low fat dairy foods. 3.Donot skip breakfast. 4.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 5.Exercise is an extremely important factor in staying healthy so try to be active. 6.Make sure you get enough sleep – it's an essential part of being healthy.While we're asleep, our bodies have that all-important time to repair.

Rosemary And Sage • Mix rosemary and sage in coconut oil or even coconut milk and apply it in the affected areas of your head. • Leave it there for 15 to 20 minutes and wash it off. • Repeat this process four times a day for a few weeks to get rid of bald patches. Egg • Apply beaten egg on your scalp at least two to three times a week to help in promoting hair growth. • It works even better when mixed with olive oil. Lemon And Pepper Cons • Take 8 to 10 pepper cons and seeds of seven to eight lemons and crush them together. • Use this powder directly or you can also add little water to make it smooth paste and then apply it on your bald areas twice a day. • Repeat for a few weeks and this remedy will help in improving blood circulation and stimulate hair growth.

It is better for diabetics to avoid sugar/ honey/ jaggery/ sabudana as these are source of empty calories, cause spike in blood glucose levels & lead to obesity. sweets/ chocolates/ cold drinks/ ice cream should also be avoided. In case of sweet cravings it is better to include a piece of sweet fruit like banana/ mango/ grapes/ watermelon/ jackfruit/ dates. You may also have artificial sweetener (stevia) if still sugar taste is needed.

Height is usually always dominated by Genetics. How short are your parents? If you are their size or slightly taller then them, chances are you wont grow very much more...There are no amazing magic ways to get taller...Get lots of nutrition and calcium. Get TONS of calcium. Bigger bones means bigger you. Work out and play sports alot. Also greatly emphasize stretching..Posture is also important. Walk as tall and as straight as possible and over time this will add a handful of centimetres to your height...take ashwagandha powder 2-2 tsf twice a day and lakshadi guggul 1-1 tab twice a day with warm water..

Hello lybrate-user, in PCOD weight gain can be there, you should do regular exercise, for weight reduction, for constipation start taking high fibre diet, plenty of oral fluids and as a medication you can add isabgol powder with milk at bedtime or syp cremaffin 3 tsp at bedtime.

Please note the followings in respect to your queries: 1. Banana and Milk -- Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note – Don’t eat bananas when you are down with common cold. 2. Peanut Butter -- Peanut butter is a yummy spread for toast and bread. If you’re trying to gain weight, feel free to go for this high-calorie and nutritious food. Apply it on your whole wheat bread for breakfast and see how your weight increases within a short period of time. •Besides, you can spread a spoonful of peanut butter on fruits or vegetables like banana, apple slices, fresh berries, wheat germ or applesauce. •Alternatively, a peanut butter sandwich is also a good choice. If you have any medical disease that needs to be treated. Find a great personal trainer and yoga instructor to keep you consistent. Take Five phos - 4 tablets twice daily.

Everyone has different lifestyle and body. There is no fit for all diet chart. You need customized diet plan along with proper workout schedule. Mean while few tips for you are- start eating small frequent meals and don't skip any meals specially breakfast. Include whole grains and use atta with bran take high fibre diet which include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink atleast 10-12 glasses of water. Avoid drinking calories in form of juices and carbonated drinks. Avoid eating junk food, fried food and maida products. Try to eat home made food as much as possible. Move yourself use stairs, walk to near by places instead of using any vehicle include at least 45-60 minutes workout in your routine. Take sound sleep of at least 7-8 hours. Quit smoking and drinking if any manage stress keep positive frame toward life appreciate yourself as it is not going to happen overnight. Consult me online for better results.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy.
