Am 25 years old. I have pain in my lower ribs and lower back. When I do some extra household work like washing clothes then it hurts a little more that day. When I move my upper area or push ribs then it hurts allot. I am getting this pain from last 4-5 months. I have taken antibiotics, vitamin d & calcium, zerodol sp but not getting any relief. I have done my chest x ray and ultrasound of whole abdomen but all the reports are normal. Please help me to know why am getting this pain. I don't have any fever, cold or cough. And also I don't have any loss of appetite or weight loss. I just have pain no other issue. And this pain is continues even when I wake up in the morning the pain is still there. Can it be bcz of sitting in wrong posture for long time. And which is better for this hot compress or cold compress?

It can be due to bad posture you can do hot and cold compress alternately too maintain posture take nsaids for some days do tests like serum uric acid, ra factor, ana.

My mother has osteoporosis from 7 yrs. She suffers from back pain .she has stiffness and pain in her back. She takes ayurvedic medicines her pain reduces for sometime but then it is there again. Dr. has asked her to take calcium supplement so she takes goldcal max daily recently she stopped after taking for 2 months .need to know can she take this tablet daily for lifelong .she was feeling little better with this .recently she also had little discomfort in chest so we did her ecg it says her blood circulation is less so doctor told her to take ecosprin and nebi2. 5 mg daily I need to know can she take goldcalmax daily what are the benefits of taking that .her age is 61 now can she alsobtake ecosprin and nebi daily.

She can take calcium but not life long drug holidays in between are required and atleast vitd and calcium level every 6 mon.
