I have waist pain for last 10 to 12 days. Firstly pain occurred in the middle part of waist but it is now in entire waist including lower part of waist also. I use Nise gel but it relieves for a little time. Now pain is severe. Please advise.

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Hello You have to correct your posture, also sit straight, do back strengthening exercises, and check your bikes shocker. Don't do long drive if it is have a break in between.

Kindly give her dhanvantaram kshsyam, 3 tsf twice a day a before meals, in half a glass of luke warm water. Take pancha tikta ghrita guggal tabs, 2 tabs, twice a day after meals. Anbd give some calcium supplements also like hadjod capsules, 2 caps, twice a day with a cup of warm milk, 1 hr after meals. Consult some good ayurveda physician for panchakarma. Continue the regime for 2 months. Stay in touch. Do regular massage with murivenna oil, twice a day. Good luck..

Experiencing pain in and around the waist area extending upto the thigh and calf muscles.
Injuries inflicted to the upper hip or waist area can cause pain and are possible symptoms of a dislocation or fracture of the hip, an inguinal hernia, a sprain or strain, pinched nerves, or tendinitis. Patients with a herniated disk, spinal stenosis, types of bone cancer and leukemia may also experience pain in the waist and upper hip area. Forms of arthritis, such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and juvenile rheumatoid arthritis situated near the waist and upper hip, can be a common culprit of discomfort. Pain that stems from the abdominal or waist region and travels to the hip area could be caused by minor digestive problems or pulled muscles. In more severe cases, this pain could be a symptom of appendicitis, irritable bowel syndrome, lead poisoning, intestinal obstruction, Crohn's disease, pelvic inflammatory disease or sickle cell anemia. High levels of ketones in the blood could also contribute to upper hip or waist area pain.

Hi, as back pain n neck pain r recurrent u have to learn self management. Med can help only for symptoms. But for permanent solution u get urself assessed by a mckenzie therapist to find the root cause of the problem. U dnt need general physio exercises but direction specific exercises which r according to the individuals prob.

It's better you avoid doing so as it may leads to friction to the bones and joint creates vacuum inside and may leads to instability of the joints Best Wishes

Please sir avoid gyms. You are spending time on your health then please do yoga. All celebraties are leaving gyms and doing yoga coz it gives you physical mental social and spiritual health without injuries and most beautiful part of doing regular yoga is that you will prepare yourself for clear vision and objectives of life.

Kindly show me digital x rays of ls. Spine sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days bio d3 max 1tab od do neck, back & shoulder exercises it may have to be further investigated you will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

If you feel unbearable pain then a spine x-ray mri must for future secure avoid long sitting and standing toward bending, gym and lifting heavyweight at this time tk muscle relaxant medicine and do hot fermentation twice a day and stretching exercise. Otherwise physiotherapy treatment must sit straight and maintain your posture.

I am married. I feel very exhausted as soon as I go to bed and does not feel like making love daily. Though my wife remains excited everyday I feel enough energy to do only once in two or three days. You must have your dinner at least two hours before going to bed. Get your blood tested for CBC, Sugar, uric acid, thyroid, & vitamin D 3, and urine for routine and microscopic examination.

I am 66 years male. I am having heavy pain and tearing sensation in my calf muscles even I walk 50 meters. Practically I am not able to walk at all. Earlier I used walk fast and often. Now I have to rest for at least 5 minutes before I proceed walking.

Apart from taking symptomatic treatment take Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and tablet vitamin D3 60000iu once a week for six months and do exercise regularly
