The type of treatment you have for toothache /sensitivity/swelling will depend on the cause of the pain, so your dentist will examine your mouth and may carry out an X-ray to try to identify the problem. •If your toothache / sensitivity/swelling is caused by tooth decay, your dentist will remove the decayed area and replace it with a filling. •If your toothache / sensitivity/swelling is caused by a loose or broken filling, the filling will be taken out, any decay will be removed and a new filling put in place. •If the pulp inside your tooth is infected, you may need root canal treatment. This procedure involves removing the infected pulp and then inserting a special type of filling to seal the tooth and prevent re-infection. •If your toothache / sensitivity/swelling can't be treated using these methods, or if your tooth is impacted (wedged between another tooth and your jaw), it may need to be removed.

Hello lybrate-user, the gap between the teeth is also corrected with braces and this is a universal treatment for such cases. Yes, braces treatment is quite costlier but it is a permanent solution. Other treatment is cosmetic treatment consisting of tooth colored filling but is not successful for larger spaces. You better visit a dentist and take the opinion because without seeing it, it's too difficult to advise the exact treatment. Moreover, braces goes for any case.

Is temprory wire braces can work for teeth setting? which is made by simple wire without points.

BDS
Dentist, Pune
The temporary wire appliance gives results in minor misalignment cases but chances of relapse or recurring malpositioning after treatment are high. So go for permanent orthodontic treatment which is for longer term but gives relatively long lasting results.

Hi, fluorosis as such cannot be treated. What can be done is, we can just mask the color of the tooth with procedure called" veneering" or we can go for" crowns" for discolored tooth.

Now a days direct composite restoration is very good and done in single sitting. But first you have to visit a dentist. He can only diagnose the problem. Whether it can be done or not. At times when gap is too much we go for capping too. It depends on case to case.

They might have got darkened. As rct completely makes the tooth dead. As said we cut the nerve supply blood supply to the tooth. So there is disintegration of enamel over a period of time. So that darkens the tooth. Discolouration is due to haemorrhage of red blood cells. And blood disintegration products such as iron sulphides when enter the dentinal tubules they cause discolouration. And after root canal you must have been advised for crowns by your dentist .you might as well get them done.
