Kayi log hote hai jo sochte hai ki mai ek hi din sab wyayam kar lun aur mera wyayam kam ho jayega. To aisa nahi hota. Kayi baar aisa hota hai k hum ek baar bohot zyada exercise kar lete hai aur uske wajah se humare muscles pe fat zyada deposit hota hai.

Exercise jo hai vo hamesha ek hi matra mein lekin zyada din tak karna chahiye to hi us exercise ka faida hoga, nahin to us exercise ka kuch bhi faida aap ko nahi hoga. Ek udharan k taur pe mai kehta hun aap ko k roz subah uht k agar aap ek kilometer chal rahe ho to roz ek kilometer hi chalo lekin lagatar chalo aur dheere dheere 100-100 meter badhate jao. Aisa karege to hi aap ka muscle mass badhega aur fat deposition ka hoga. Is tarike se wyayam se hum apna wazan kam kar sakte hai, nahi to agar hum ek hi din mein zyada exercise karege, ek hi din mein 10km bhaage gay aur dusre din se zara bhi nahi bhaage gay to humare muscles k upar fat deposition zyada honga.

Weight loss is not a single day process. You need mental strength to do this. You need to modify food habit. Eat small amount of food 5-6 times instead of 3 big meals. Take watery vegetables. Use unrefined foods. Protein foods will help you to reduce extra fat. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Use lukewarm water. Take proper rest.

Currently I am under medications, viz, thyronorm, metformin glyciphage, also I take all 9 and sea cod capsules. My worry is I have gained much weight and I want to reduce it by 20 kgs. Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 20 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Take small and frequent meals. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food.

Hello, For your problem exercise is the best solution. Ask him to start doing physical activity like walking. Start with 10 min and can continue it to an hour. This helps with his fatigue and low B.P. Regarding diet, make sure he is taking 7 -8 servings of fruits and vegetable. Give him only brown rice or millets for main meals. Snack on fruits and nuts. Avoid non veg, and wheat . This should help him. Stay healthy stay fit☺

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

According to your height your average weight should be 71-78 Kg ,meanss youare 3-5 Kg overweight.So just make some alterations in your daily food habits and you can eassily achieve your target in next 2 months ,1.Stop eating Fast and Junk food 2.Say bye bye to sweets in every form ,even try to drink Milk without sugar 3.Avoid over eating and try to eat 10% less than your appetite. 4.Eat slowly and nonspicy food,take your time while eating 5.Dont drink water while taking your meals,drink 30 minutes before/after meals.It can be done only when food is nonspicy or you are eating slowly.try it. 6.Breakfast and Dinner light and Lunch medium. 7.Try to take dinner at least 60 minutes before sleeping and dont eat/drink anything except water/Milk after dinner. 8.Try to sleep latest by 9. 9.Now comes to exercise.Everybody has an interest in some kind of activity,whether Cycling,Swimming,Cricket,badminton or any other pyysical activity.Try to give some quality time to such activities for 60 minutes in evenings and if no such activity,then start Gym for 60 minutes in evening.( tread Mill 20 min----Cross Trainer 20 Min -------Cycling 20 Min---) Set up a target of burning 100 calories in start in 60 minutes and slowly go on increasing your target.I have seen youngsters burning 600-800 calories in 60 minutes.

To reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

You can do that by reducing extra calories from food and beverages, and increasing calories burned through physical activity. Have you followed a personalized diet plan prescribed by a registered dietitian? I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through diet. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. I will need to carry out detailed assessment in your case, after assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, I will recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight. O gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food..>> Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice..>> Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc..>> If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc..>> Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen..>> No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily. Feel confident about yourself.

Idont think there is any problem n this--------------presently your weight I almosst normal towards higher side and in your case diet matters----no doubt home diet is far better than hostel diet and at home you start taking more fatty food which adds to your daily calories which leadss to increased weight but this is not the case in hostel life and thatswhy there iss a difference in your weight in home and hostel-----------

Oats are rich in vitamins, minerals, fibers and proteins and keeps you full for longer time. Morning time is the good time to have it. Cook oatmeal until it gets soft. You can have it with milk, fruits and nuts. Also with green veggies for balanced nutritional diet.
