Hi gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Soak 4-5 almonds in milk overnight. In the morning make a paste of them and apply it on your face and rinse it off after an hour or two.

you are over weight weight is loos by decrease intake means food intake and increase out put means increase physical activities..... calculate calories intput and out put take following remedies 1.barleys soup at the time of lunch nad dinner 2.have your dinner at 7.30 pm and sleep at 10.30am 3.exersise atleast 45 min 4.eat all fruit-vegetable [ex.lauki,parval ,bendi,karela, 5 fruit=muskmelon,watermelon,papaya your weight will come down

If you want to build muscles, you need to do muscle strengthening exercises like weight lifting and resistance exercise. Start eating accordingly. Eat a good meal 30 minutes after a good workout. This helps in building muscle. Try this meal after work out - Banana, almonds and dates smoothie with egg.

It may be not due to pregnancy but infection like urine infection viral infection please get it checked also do basic work up for pregnancy like Cbc tsh urine routine and culture

Hi, From your question I could understand that you want to increase your body weight and muscle. We can increase our body weight by taking any foods but it should be healthy. So you should follow a healthy food and lifestyle. So you should include a balance diet which contains fats, carbohydrates and more proteins. Take food 4 or 5 times in a day that include snacks, drink lots of water and try to get proper sleep of 8 hrs continuously. Also make sure that you are doing some physical activities like regular exercise or involve in sports and games. Below are some daily diet suggestions •Breakfast (7.30 am– 8.00 am) Milk-200ml Any types of legumes eg: green gram, black gram, chickpeas etc. Rotis made up of Rice, potato, cereals or wheat Fruits which contains more calories like banana, jack fruit, mangoes etc. •Snacks (11.00 am-11.30 am) Fruit juice odry fruits •Lunch oRice 2 bowl or chappathi 3 nos Dal curry, curd, leafy vegetables If you are non-veg take 1 egg or 1 piece chicken or fish •Evening Snacks Lassi or fruit juice or dates Some biscuits •Dinner 3 chappathy with veg curry It would be helpful if you can provide. •any history of other illness •your bowel habits, sleep & appetite. So that I can suggest you medicine.

Are the dots in circles .are they genetically added Do you travel frequently in Sun. Any how home remedies are many. Cucumber juice mix in honey /turmeric/baking soda .apply 3-4 time mix in 100% pure BEE honey free from any additions, and apply 3-4 times.
