It's really embracing.
Gynecomastia can be due to many reasons - drug intake, endocrinal (hormonal) problems, metabolic causes or pubertal gynecomastia. Here there is enlargement of breast due to fatty or glandular component of breast. Get serum testosterone, prolactin and thyroid profile done. Medicines can correct gynecomastia only in cases of hormonal problems otherwise they are not effective. Surgical correction of gynecomastia can be done by liposuction and sos gland incision. It's a safe and near scarless procedure. Consult a plastic surgeon for that.

Hi, I have rash on my shoulders. Been on meds for tootne ache so now I have pain in stomach. Earlier been on mucaine for acidity. Now even developing rash on face and boil on neck, ears. Please guide what to do as stomach keeps hurting. Drinking cold milk and hakikat has helped in passing stool, which used was constipated dhe to meds. Seeking help! Thanks.

The stomach is hurting most probably due to acidity. The rash on shoulders and face could be a viral infection. If it is burning and painful in nature the you need to consult a dermatologist near your place so that treatment can be initiated as early as possible.

Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.

For weight loss. It is important to take frequent meals at regular interval of time. Empty stomach try to include 2 tsp aleovera juice+ 2 tsp amla juice in equal amount of water. In Breakfast you can museli/oats+ milk+ 1 apple /1 bowl green moong dal sprouts/1-2 besan cheela+ green chutney. In mid morning 1 cup green tea + 1 bowl fruits. Lunch 1-2 wheat bran roti+ 1bowl veg+ 1 bowl salad/1 bowl veg daliya + 1bowl curd E.T:1 cup tea+ 1bowl roasted channa/murmura Dinner: 1 bowl fruits+ 1glass skimmed milk/Grilled/roasted paneer/1-2 bowl cooked yellow moong dal+ 1bowl veg. After Dinner Take 1 cup jasmine tea.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following general guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. (Slow and steady weight loss is good. As we all know when you lose weight fast, it seems to jump right back on, whereas when you lose weight steadily over time because of changes to your diet and balancing your hormones out it tends to stay off.) Hello lybrate-user, sleep deprivation sooner or later results in symptoms like headache, vertigo, confusion, lack of concentration. It can be cured by help of ayurvedic treatment, by making your sleep hour (no matter how short it is) fully count and taking most benefits from them. A) try to sleep early at night if you are waking up early. B) massage cows ghee on your foot soles daily before going to bed. C) use maha bhringraj oil/ brahmi hair oil daily. D) use almond oil nasal drops daily twice. These tips will surely help you.

Hello Lybrate User, Please make these changes if you want to lose weight fast 1) Have small and frequent meals…it helps in increasing BMR and helps in weight loss 2) Cut down on sugar intake. Avoid mithais, sweets, icecreams, puddings etc 3) Drink at least 2 litres water in a day. But make sure not to have water immediately after a meal 4) Have more green leafy vegetables and whole fruits. Eat natural foods. 5) Avoid fried and fatty foods and foods with preservative such as samosa, pakoda, chips, namkeens etc 6) If you eat non veg, then avoid red meat and include more of leans cuts of chicken, fish etc. Don’t eat yolk. Have egg whites only. 7) Avoid aereated drinks and juices…even the fresh fruit juices. 8) Don’t drink alcohol as it has nothing but calories 9) Include more fibre in food as fibre keeps you full for longer. Whole fruits, vegetables, whole or sabut dals all have fibre. Try including more of fibrous cereals too such as dalia, oats, add bran to atta for making chapattis, brown rice etc. 10) Have good breakfast and light dinners.

They can also be removed by simple home remedies try the tips below..:: 1.Mix one teaspoon each of cinnamon powder and lemon juice with a pinch of turmeric powder (optional). Spread it on your face or nose , leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes and then rinse it off. 2.Alternatively, mix one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and honey to form a thick paste. Apply it on the affected area before bed and leave it on overnight. In the morning, wash your nose well with normal water. For best results, follow this remedy daily for about 10 days.

Hello, your problem is may be due to following reasons- 1. Overweight, 2. Deficiency of vitamin d3 or calcium, or lack of water in the body, 3. Postural stress, 4. Muscle strain, 5. Arthritis etc. Please send me all investigation reports if available. Till then follow these advises:- 1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. 2. Avoid heavy lifting. 3. Avoid squatting and weight bearing activities. 4. Use western toilet. 5. Wear shock absorbing, good quality of shoes while walking. 6. Keep roll of a towel under your knees while sleeping. 7. Perform some gentle exercises and stretching of your all joints before getting out of your bed. 8. Walk straight with shoulder protracted. 9. Perform deep breathing exercises or yoga for proper functioning of lungs. I can explain you stiffness and pain reducing techniques, if interested. Wish you a happy and pain free life thanks.

You should take berberis aq. Q / put 10 to 15 drops on cotton and apply on the affected area twice a day for two week and you have to take orally 10 drops from this medicine in half cup of water thrice a day for two weeks. Revert back after two weeks with feedback.
