NOCTURNAL EMISSIONS/NIGHT FALL/SWAPNADOSH. A nocturnal emission, informally known as a wet dream, is a spontaneous orgasm during sleep that includes ejaculation for a male, or vaginal wetness or an orgasm (or both) for a female. Nocturnal emissions are most common during adolescence and early young adult years, but they may happen any time after puberty. CAUSES A.Physiological 1.Fluctuations in sex Harmones specially testosterone. 2.Puberty. 3.High stimulant diet like tea onion etc B.Pathological 1.Inflammation and infection to genital organs. 2 Pelvic congestions like piles varicose veins. 3.Neurotic disorders like emotions and stress loads on brain and nerves. C.Psychological 1.Ecxess Sexual thoughts 2.Watching reading thinking exploited materials movies 3.emotional stress D.Addictions Excess exposure to exploited abusive materials videos and environment. Average protein intake for healthy person is 1gm per kg of body weight. And for people who does workout it is more say 1.5gm per kg body weight. In your case you may require s arround 160-180gm of protein daily. Even you eat 100gms of legumes protein content in it variable. Only concern, may people unable to digest large amount of legumes suffers from gases, pain in abdomin, constipation, abdominal discomfort any many more. So consult dietitian or doctor and then follow.

Is pelvic infection is curable and again both partners can enjoy the sex and can a lady get pregnant and is that normal to have PID to a lady.

Though it is not normal to have PID but it very much curable and and nothing wrong happens to the married life. Pregnancy is also possible after it is treatment.

Take Physiotherapy, ultrasonic and ift and a few exercises can help you in your pain ,tailbone pain is sometimes coccydynia pain which can be due to pressure on that region ,use coccydynia cushions while sitting or driving for long hours, if it's innital stage then icing can also be done.

You have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ store water in plastic bottles. 10.relax and walk for 30 mts daily 11. Take enough rest- do not lie down immediately after eating. Take dinner 3 hrs before sleeping. No late nights 11. Keep your weight under control. 13. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol 15. Reduce physical and mental stress. Maintain healthy life style. Do exercise regularly. 16. No unnecessary medicines for medicine contact on private chat good luck..

Hello- Penis boils/pimples after sex could be due to a sexually transmitted infection, mainly molluscum contagiosum. Molluscum contagiosum usually presents as pearly white umblicated papules. I would advise you to get yourself tested for other STDs (sexually transmitted diseases) for example HIV test (human immunodeficiency virus), and VDRL test (venereal disease research laboratory).

Hello, Take, apples, carrots,  cheese,  pumpkins seeds, almonds, walnuts, black chocolates to strengthen your pelvic, groin & penile  muscles to check erectile dysfunction & premature ejaculation. Go for meditation to reduce your stress nourishing your penis. Make a ring (O) of index finger & thumb over your penis, bring  finger ring from  bottom of the shaft  to the apex  (glance)-10 to 40 times, using both the hands by tern, adding oil on shaft. This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. It looks like you are anaemic. If you have back pain after you sit for long hours then it is due to your haemoglobin levels as it is important to check that. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back / leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the casues for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain. •Standing hamstring stretch: Place the heel of your injured leg on a stool about 15 inches high. Keep your knee straight. Lean forward, bending at the hips until you feel a mild stretch in the back of your thigh. Make sure you do not roll your shoulders and bend at the waist when doing this or you will stretch your lower back instead of your leg. Hold the stretch for 15 to 30 seconds. Repeat 3 times. •Cat and camel: Get down on your hands and knees. Let your stomach sag, allowing your back to curve downward. Hold this position for 5 seconds. Then arch your back and hold for 5 seconds. Do 3 sets of 10. •Quadruped arm/leg raise: Get down on your hands and knees. Tighten your abdominal muscles to stiffen your spine. While keeping your abdominals tight, raise one arm and the opposite leg away from you. Hold this position for 5 seconds. Lower your arm and leg slowly and alternate sides. Do this 10 times on each side. •Pelvic tilt: Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Tighten your abdominal muscles and push your lower back into the floor. Hold this position for 5 seconds, then relax. Do 3 sets of 10. •Partial curl: Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Tighten your stomach muscles. Tuck your chin to your chest. With your hands stretched out in front of you, curl your upper body forward until your shoulders clear the floor. Hold this position for 3 seconds. Don't hold your breath. It helps to breathe out as you lift your shoulders up. Relax. Repeat 10 times. Build to 3 sets of 10. To challenge yourself, clasp your hands behind your head and keep your elbows out to the side. •Gluteal stretch: Lying on your back with both knees bent, rest the ankle of one leg over the knee of your other leg. Grasp the thigh of the bottom leg and pull that knee toward your chest. You will feel a stretch along the buttocks and possibly along the outside of your hip on the top leg. Hold this for 15 to 30 seconds. Repeat 3 times. •Extension exercise: Lie face down on the floor for 5 minutes. If this hurts too much, lie face down with a pillow under your stomach. This should relieve your leg or back pain. When you can lie on your stomach for 5 minutes without a pillow, then you can continue with the rest of this exercise.
