I feel so lonely when someone whom I like avoid me. Get anxious, depressed and sad. I feel too much attraction to him...
no one is not permanent friend in this world. except our family members. you are selecting one person when he does not care to you. then you feel anxious. it is not good for your health. it is better to make all of them as a friendly manner. then there is no chance of anxiousness.friendliness improves personal stamina. dont think about one person. feel and make a very good friendly relation with others.dont sit in home. and dont think aloneness. develop busy career schedule. express your internal feelings and problems with your close friends and family members. friends are coming and going in our life. no one is not permanent. you have so much of age. some one comes to you he can understand your feelings properly. up to that wait. dont feel sadness. dont get irritated. dont be anxious. feel always comfortable. spend remaining with close friends and family members. do hard work on your studies. make a good preparation for studies. at this stage studies are important not one friend. so be hard work. be positive and be sociable. ok all the best.

After one year same problem arise, my question is that I am taking this medicine from last 8 years which is affecting my sexual life as side effect, how I can leave this medicine? I am doing night shift from last 8 years and drink on weekend.

Anxiety disorders may at times need long treatments. Paxidep cr may cause sexual problems in some individuals but solutions for these depend upon the side effect experienced. If this side effect is not correctable then you have an option of switching to better alternatives for anxiety. However since you have experienced relapses whenever you tried reducing doses of medications it seems difficult to completely stop these medications, particularly paxidep for anxiety. You need to gradually shift to other medications which can then be stopped gradually later on.

I cont stop smoking. Can you help me to stop smoking. Also tell me how to increase my blood level in my body.

BASM, MD, MS (Counseling & Psychotherapy), MSc - Psychology, Certificate in Clinical psychology of children and Young People, Certificate in Psychological First Aid, Certificate in Positive Psychology
Psychologist, Palakkad
Dear, To increase your blood volume, you should first investigate the reasons for the problem. Consult a physician and get yourself pathologically evaluated. Tobacco is addictive. Cigarette also contains 4000+ carcinogenic chemicals other than nicotine. The best method is to leave it and continue with your will power. There are other methods like Nicotine Replacement therapy and pharmacotherapy combined. If you?re ready to stop smoking and willing to get the support you need, you can recover from nicotine addiction and abuse abuse?no matter how bad the addiction or how powerless you feel. The first step in treating nicotine addiction is accepting that you have a problem. Confronting an addiction and accepting responsibility for your actions isn?t easy. But it?s a necessary step on the road to treatment and recovery. You should then consult a psychiatrist / psychologist who fill follow this treatment. 1. Detoxification using medicines. 2. Behavior modification with the help of therapies. 3. Counseling. 4. Medication to sustain and 5. Long term support. These given steps are essential for any addict to get effectively rid of smoking. Therefore, you need to stick to the treatment plan and cooperate with your psychiatrist / psychologist. Take care.

If you are thinking about committing suicide often, please talk to a counsellor at the earliest. The counsellor can help in finding what is causing this depression and what makes you overreact to the situations. Many times its our perception and unmet expectations from others, that disturb us. You need to understand your own thinking pattern and feelings. It is important to have control on your negative thoughts. Because recurrent negative thoughts may turn into actual actions when you are very vulnerable. Kindly seek professional help.

I lost somebody last year and till now I feel depressed and want to get rid off from depression. Pls help me.
Losing a loved one can be a highly charged and very traumatic time. Though coping with loss can be a deeply personal experience, below mentioned few basic and universal steps to the bereavement and grief process. Knowing these steps can help you to work through your grief over the loss of a loved one. Step 1: Allow the feelings Coping with the loss of a loved one brings up almost every emotion imaginable. There are times when more than one emotion seems to take hold at once, and you may feel as if you're “going crazy.” It's natural to feel this way, as it's normal to experience a number of different feelings. Gently remind yourself in your time of bereavement and grief that your feelings are yours, and they are well within the norm. It's important to your process to understand that there is no" right" or" wrong" when it comes to your feelings about losing a loved one. Step 2: Gather support While there may be times as you are coping with loss when you'll wish to be alone, it's important to gather a support group around you for those times when you might need them. Friends, family, a Minister or Rabbi and perhaps even a therapist are all people who can and should be accessed during your grief process. These individuals can be accessed for emotional support as well as physical needs, if required. The death of a loved one often leaves a large hole in the life of the survivor that can be, at least temporarily, occupied by a support team. Step 3: Allow the grieving process Bereavement and grief is a process. It's important to know that every person has their own way of coping with loss. You cannot put a time limit on your grief. You must allow yourself to experience the stages of grief as they come up. Stages may also be revisited. These stages are: Denial: Your experience is incomprehensible, initially. You find it impossible to believe the loss of your loved one is real, and you may be numb from the experience. Anger: As the truth of the situation begins to take hold, it's normal to feel anger and rage. This anger may be directed at yourself, the loved one for leaving you, doctors for not healing your loved one or even at God. Bargaining: It's not unusual for survivors to cope with loss by trying to negotiate, usually with their Higher Power. Don't be surprised if you find yourself trying to make an “if only” deal with God. Depression: The overwhelming sadness you feel is normal, and in most cases will not last forever. It's common to feel as if life will never be the same. Acceptance: While this final stage of bereavement and grief is called “acceptance,” this refers to coming to terms with the finality of the loss and moving forward with your life. It does not mean that, from time to time, you may not revisit some of the stages listed above, but rather that the pain of your loss will become more manageable. Step 4: Embrace life The pain of your loss is real and must be felt, there will come a time when you must begin to live your own life again. By working through overcoming the death of a loved one, you will come to a place of accepting the death as a reality. You will find yourself able to move forward and embrace your life without your loved one by your side. Your process through bereavement and grief are your own. Everyone responds differently to coping with loss. Above all, be kind to yourself and know that you will wake one day and find the pain is less, and life can go on.

You might be under stress. Please check your hb and take iron supplements if necessary. Less libido may be because of not wanting to have sex. Mind and body work together. Probably you do not have desire to have sex. Try to find the reasons for this and then try to resolve it. Are there any other family issues bothering you? if so, that also can affect your libido. It is advisable to see a counsellor/sexologitst who will help you in understanding the reason for low libido and help you in leading a healthy sexual life. Remember that healthy sexual relationship is very important of a marriage.

no sex never stops height growth. it improves personal capacity and mental health also. twise or thrice it is also not a big problem. there is no physical problems. if he addicted next time if she is not available then starts psychological problems. there is no chance of physical problems. but there is a chance of psychological problems. early stage sex addiction it is not good for personality development. if one girl is over then he searches another girl. if she not agreed then problem starts. at this without knowing anything it is good. but now generation is very fast. it destroys career life. so my opinion it is better to stop. if is ok then continue. no physical problems will not come in future also. better to take good food and relax most of the time. dont think too much about sex. dont sit alone and dont think alone. be share your personal feelings and problems with close friends and family members. be sociable all the time and be happy all the time. ok all the best.

Hi Feeling depressed always on my sexual orientation I not want to be gay. I want to be a normal person like my friend's Now talking clonazepam tablet.

Reparenting Technique, BA, BEd

Hi Feeling depressed always on my sexual orientation I not want to be gay. I want to be a normal person like my frien...
There are many factors that may have influenced this gay mindset. It could be due to genetic factors; mixed parenting roles between mother and father; an over-bearing father/mother; you may have cultivated the drive when we are all in that phase between 7 years to 14 years when we tend towards homosexual contacts with our peers as a social adaptation; You may have had gay exposure at some time in your life; you may have had too much of male exposure during a considerable part of your life; You could have cultivated more of anima than animus and vice versa depending on the role you have identified with; and it may happen because of some social development when you may have found it easier to relate to boys than to girls. These are some of the reasons that I can think of right now. If you do not like it, don’t just resist it because that will make you want it more. Instead talk to a sexologist and understand these orientations and get some education on sex and sexuality to know what your urges are all about. Then he could propose some measures to take to cultivate your heterosexual drives instead. In the meantime, do spend time with girls and learn to enjoy their company and to respect them overall. If you indulge in the thought of your attraction towards boys it will trouble you no end. Just let it be there but cultivate healthy relationships with them and spend more time in female company. In time you will be able to appreciate your leanings towards girls more. If you wish you may go for hypnotherapy too.
