Chaitra holds a M.Sc. Degree in Psychological Counselling from Sampurna Monfort College and a Diploma in Counselling skills from Banjara Academy. She is a licensed practitioner of NLP,  trained in CBT,  EFT and Compassionate Communication. 
She has over 7 years of experience in working with clients across sections and helping them meet their Professional, Personal and Emotional goals. After working at a corporate for 5 years, she now has her own private practice. She started her career in Buoyancee as an Intern and then joined Human Dynamic, a Hong Kong based MNC as a Hotline Associate and quickly moved up the ladder to become a Consultant and Manager of the All India Hotline Operations. 
Through her work at Human Dynamic, she has gained vast experience in working with varied clients on issues ranging from Relationship Concerns, Personal Growth, Mental Health, Marital Concerns and Work Stress amongst others. As a Manager for the India Hotline Operations, which also doubled as a support line for Suicidal Callers, she is adept at identifying, stabilizing clients who could be at a risk for suicide or self-harm. 
Chaitra has delivered orientation and training sessions at some of the top MNC’s in India and Sri Lanka. Her trainings are known to be interactive while also having strong learning take-away. Her sessions are on various topics related to personal growth and psychological wellbeing. 
Along with consulting and training Chaitra also provides Group Crisis Intervention to help mitigate the levels of stress experienced by people who have just experienced a traumatic situation. 
Chaitra’s consulting orientation is Solution Focused Brief Therapy, CBT and Person Centered Therapy. She also likes to use bits of ACT, Mindfulness, EST and NLP in her sessions. 
While not working with her clients or building her private practice, Chaitra loves to read books, travel, watch Bollywood movies and spend time with her husband.
