I always feel tired at the end of the day and do not get enough energy to work at home. Is this getting tired normal? I am employed.

Hi,to overcome this weakness, take Alfavena malt, 2 tsf, twice daily for 1 month. BC no. 27, 5 tabs twice daily. Take Biofungin syrup, 2 tsp twice daily. Drink plenty of water. Eat a well balanced nutritious diet. Take Sound sleep of 7-8 hours. Avoid stress and anger, try to be happy, have a positive attitude towards life. Revert me after 15 days.

Hello lybrate-user. There are lots of foods people should avoid like Pastries, Cakes, Instant Noodles, Cream Biscuits, Ice cream, Frozen desserts, Milk chocolates, Aerated sugary drinks, Rolls,Biriyani. Instant Noodles are mainly made of Maida (White Flour. They also contain trans fat which is harmful for health. Consuming Instant Noodles for long-term is not good. Take care.

If you recovered from CML you can lead a normal life and no special treatment is needed and need to check blood every 3 months

Sir, I'm a beginner to running. Past 1 week am started to running. After am completing running am can't control by breathing. Its take too time to control. So much of breathing. Is there any way to control it.

Tips for new beginners - Warm up thoroughly and then gradually increase your run pace. Drink water, stay well hydrated. Increase your fitness level. Practice deep belly breathing. Do meditation and yoga to have a better control on your breathing. Strengthen core muscles. Eat at least three hours before a run. Run on soft surfaces to reduce the force of impact. In the meantime aap milk aur protein zyada le. Jaise soya bean ya chicken and eggs agar abb non- eg consume kar sake daily 1-2 glass milk and dry fruits like almonds and walnuts (akrot aur badam, daily 3-4) height ke liye daily half - 1 hour cycling and pull ups. Genetic problem na ho to height 1-2 inch badh sakti (zyada se zyada, isse zyada nahi) hai naturally males me after 18 but not in females. Aapki present height bhi bata de. Toh us se possible chances of growth ka andaza lag sakta hai. 21 years ke pehle aap homeopathy bhi try kar sake hain if you are a male.

Hello, 1. Take phytolacca berry tablets (wsi), 2 tablets with warm water, three times a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Phytolacca drops, 15 drops + 1/2 cup of warm water, twice a day. 3. Take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. 4. Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily. Inform for further help.
