Losing weight is more about food. Eat more natural food and avoid packed food, outside food and white sugar. Have 2-3 fruits daily and 1 serving of salads before lunch a full answer

HB can be improved without supplements. She should eat green leafy veggies and red veggies like tomatoes, carrot etc. These veggies can be given as soup also. Instead of full answer
