Skin colour is based on parents and location. You cannot change it and don't try unnatural methods, it can have adverse effects. Natural skin colour is best for a child.

To reduce weight you need to eat right food by avoiding packed and processed food like biscuits, breads, salty snacks, soft drinks etc. Exercise will be effective only when you eat right.

You should not try to lose weight fast, as you did not gain it fast. You should target losing 3-4 kg in a month. You need to eat right food by avoiding packed and processed food like biscuits, breads, salty snacks, soft drinks etc. Exercise for at least 30 mins daily.

Hi Doctor, I am a thyroid patient. Age- 29 yrs, height: 5.1 and weight 55 kg. I am planning to buy exercise cycle/bike to reduce fat and tummy. I heard that cycling leads to Kidney Problem. And Even heard that walking on treadmill leads to Knee problem (in future leads to Knee replacement). Is it true?

Cycling is safe. Running on treadmill must be avoided as it is unnatural. Run on raw soil surface, not on concrete. Avoid packed and processed food like all types of biscuits & breads, pasta, noodles, chocolates, ice creams, chips, soft drinks etc. Eat more fruits, veggies, lentil & nuts everyday.
