My muscles are soft throughout the body. I can touch my bone in arms easily. I do exercises with intervals. My chest muscles also soft even after exercising. But when I tight my muscles they are hard. In other times they are so soft. How can I get rid of those soft muscles and gain hard muscles.

This is nothing but fat layer on muscles, which is soft. When you exercise muscles are activated and they get harder and bigger. On rest they go back to normal size. You need to reduce body fat % by avoiding all packed, processed & fried food to reduce fats.

Hello sir/Mam gd morning I'm akshay I want that my fat is burn so please tips me for loss weight.
You need to control your food intake. Avoid eating any processed or packed food, limit intake of milk products and white sugar & maida containing foods. Your >50% food intake must be of fruits, salads, sprouts, nuts & seeds etc. Do 30 mins of cardio exercise in the morning. All the best.

Gaining weight is a slow and gradual process. You should focus on eating right food, without eating too much of packed and market food. Eat energy dense foods like milk products, bananas, nuts & dry fruits along with other fruits and veggies. Do 30 mins of body weight exercises every day.

Hii. My weight is 52 kgs and height 5'2.ive just been diagnosed with bilateral pcos and now under medication now. I want to ask following. 1: Do I need to stop taking normal aata chapati and start having multi grain/ whole grain? I eat 2 chapatis in lunch along with daal and 1 sabji and 1 chapati at night. 2: I've stopped consuming maida products ,junk food, sweets.but I want to ask can I have them in small quantity once or twice a month? 3: Ive some hair on face too, so will the facial growth increase day by day despite I am under medication now. My gynae prescribed diane 35 for 3 menstrual cycles and finast for hirsutism. 4: is it true that it is problematic for non obese women to get normal from pcod? 5: is homeopathy treatment effective than allopathy?

PCOD is hormonal disturbance caused due to wrong lifestyle and food habits. You need to totally give up packed, processed, market foods, milk products, refined oil (use unrefined). You can have wheat products in moderation but multigrain made will less wheat flour and more other grains flour like Jowar, bajra, chana etc. Will be useful. Medicine of any form are not very effective unless lifestyle and food intake is corrected.

Gaining weight is a slow and gradual process. You are in growing age when growth hormones are active and will take its time to slow down and then you will start gaining weight naturally. Generally it is in early and mid 20s. You should focus on eating right food, without eating too much of packed and market food. Eat energy dense foods like milk products, bananas, nuts & dry fruits along with other fruits and veggies. Do 30 mins of body weight exercises every day.
