I learnt that food cooked in microwave is less healthy/unhealthy. Same way is it that onion, tomato, garlic pastes made by electric mixer grinder are unhealthy compared to manually made paste by a chopper or manual grinder. Please advise

There is a difference. Microwave generates waves to heat the food, which is not uniformly distributed and leads to over heating and under heating of portions of food. Mixers don't generate waves. So no such issues. But packed pastes and chutney have lot of preservatives and salt/sugar added, should be avoided.

Pre cooked Food again heated in microwave for 1 minute is safe or dangerous to our health. We should use the microwave for the same or not. Please advise

Cooked food is low in nutrition anyway, refrigeration further reduced nutrition. Re heating again causes loss of nutrients. Nothing drastic, but there is gradual loss of nutrition with every step. Jury is still out on whether microwave is safe or refrigeration is safe. But eating fresh is the best way, without keeping cooked food for long. Of course in today's times we cannot adhere to it, but at least try.

Though it is supposed to be food grade plastic, but don't store hot food or use in microwave, even if it says microwave safe.

Sir,
If almond has socked so it loose his properties after for 8 To 12 hrs. Please suggest me is it good or not?
Soaked almonds don't lose nutrition, but lose certain chemicals that block absorption of minerals. Better to have soaked and with skin.

You must drink 5 times your bodyweight /100 in litres. You should have around 3 litters of water daily in all forms.

Ketogenic diet plan works very well for both weight reduction and epilepsy. You can try that out. It is a low carb high fat program that was specially designed for epilepsy. Please work with a nutritionist for a few weeks if you follow this plan.

I have belly stomach fat please tell me how I burn it. please suggest my how can I lose my fat.

I have belly stomach fat please tell me how I burn it. please suggest my how can I lose my fat.
Belly fat increases due to minimal physical work and eating processed carb rich food. We keep on eating certain foods thinking they are not unhealthy. But they are actually unhealthy, like - white sugar, refined flour (maida) & oil. When we cook something or even eat a biscuit, it contains either or all three of these hidden unhealthy foods. Eating 1 biscuit gives calories more than you can burn in a 30 mins walk. But we do not think much before eating these foods. Most of our packed and home made snack foods are culprit for increase in belly fat. Replace these with natural foods like fruits, salad and nuts.

I have a morbidly obese body. I started gaining but my instructor started me by giving me light weight exercises. The gym does not have a treadmill or a cycle. So I have been training for a week. I feel good. But many of my friends advice me to rather do cardio exercises like jogging. I am a bit confused.

Do not worry about your weight, worry about fitness and right food. Weight starts increasing in late 20s. But you should not exceed 75 KG.
