Is my domestic helps 5 and a half month old baby. Recently due to a cold the govt hospital got blood test done. His Hb came out to be 9.3.I suggested she should ask doctor for iron supplements. He prescribed orocold Jr saying it will bring up his Hb value. Since they are poor and illiterate. Please advice iron supplements and dosage and multivitamin drops like vi syneral zinc dosage so that the child is not deprived of normal growth.

HB can be improved without supplements. She should eat green leafy veggies and red veggies like tomatoes, carrot etc. These veggies can be given as soup also. Instead of spending on medicines, let them these veggies.

The trick is to wait until you turn 25 years old. Now your growth hormones are active which are helping your bones and internal organs to grow. Once they are properly grown, you will start gaining fat by mid 20s. So no need to worry. Keep an active lifestyle and avoid junk and packed food. All the best.

Dear, please improve your food intake. Avoid packed foods like biscuits, breads, noodles, butter, jam, salty snacks etc. Please drink 2-3 glasses of lukewarm water in the morning, and eat 2-3 fruits on empty stomach, and a plate full of salads (any raw vegetables) before lunch and dinner. You will find great improvement. God bless!

I have 100/170 bp. Suggest me the food diet plan From last 4 days Morning --oats with 1/2ltr milk with 1spoon sugar 1-apple, 1-carrot In lunch ---only foods (banana, carrot,beetroot, nashpati,dates) In dinner- 5roti, curd,2boiled egg If any other diet plan then please suggest.

Dear, please drink 2-3 glasses of lukewarm water in the morning, and eat 2-3 fruits on empty stomach, and a plate full of salads (any raw vegetables) before lunch and dinner. Avoid animal food like milk products and eggs, and white sugar. Include green leafy vegetables in your food daily. You will find great improvement. God bless!

Please do some facial exercises to lose face fat if any. Chew every bite of food for at least 32 times. This will also provide facial exercise and will help in better digestion. God bless.

A fluctuation of 1-2 kgs is normal. Even in a day, your weight will be lesser in morning and more in evening. It is due to different food intake and different time of measuring weight.
