May be you never discussed with your husband about fear of having kids, being too absorbed in job or listening to sob sob stories from other working mothers about creche/ ayaah problems which are faced by every working woman with young kids in entire universe. It may not affect your health but it will lead to marital discard for sure as you have no respect for feelings of your husband. He loves kids and you 2 can adjust timetables of your respective jobs, having own kids instills feelings of nurture through own maternal instincts which you have not felt yet - how can you say that you hate kids? a senior being ditched by own kids after giving them all they had, has a reason to feel bitter but youth should be full of enthusiasm for a positive change and to believe in harsh reality that parenting is a one way process.

As such, your weight is fine. Do you want to reduce your tummy? Hello, Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes.Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Dear lybrsteuser, - It is better to get your daily protein requirement through natural foods rather than a supplement - foods rich in proteins are eggs, non -veg like seafood, chicken, meats, soyabeans, tofu, soya products, sprouts, milk & milk products like paneer, cheese, butter milk, yogurt, nuts such ad almonds, pistachios peanuts - if you are taking a protein powder the take it in recommended amounts as excess will put strain on kidneys & liver & can cause damage.

300 Calories is the average calorific value of our daily sugar intake. It's no wonder then that dietician and weight loss (Learn more about weight loss) gurus across the world will advise you to quit added sugar as the first step of a weight loss program. Added sugar refers to processed sugar in the form of cubes, sugar crystals or powdered sugar and does not include natural sugars found in fruits, vegetables etc. Apart from cakes and sweets, we eat added sugar in a number of ways including a number of packaged foods like sauce and salad dressings.

If you consume a lot of sugar on a daily basis, quitting added sugar could leave you with withdrawal symptoms. Quitting added sugar is not easy, but here are a few reasons it is well worth the effort.

Keep your sugar under control. For diabetes follow a diet low in carbohydrate, low in fat and high in fibre. Avoid bakery products. Avoid too much rice and potato. Avoid fried stuff. Avoid chocolate, cakes, ice cream, soft drinks and fruit juices. Eat lots of vegetables. Walk for at least 30 minutes a day for 5 days in a week. Fungal infection are common in diabetic. You may require antifungal treatment if its a fungal infection.

Hi lybrate-user, considering your height, you definitely are overweight. You may follow my diet chart on a regular basis along with exercise. Follow the following diet chart: morning: 6am: brisk walk for 45 min. Morning tea with 1 marie biscuit breakfast: 1 glass skimmed milk with 2 tsp cornflakes, 5 almonds: club sandwich with tomato, boiled potato, cucumber, ketchup or chutney (no butter or mayonnaise) 11am: orange or apple lunch: 2 thin chapattis, 1 katori yellow dal, mixed vegetable or any seasonal vegetable cooked in just 1 tsp oil, curd, citrus fruit. 4 pm: tea with murmura or roasted chana 7 pm: soup with club sandwich or dinner roll. Bedtime: 1 glass milk if hungry.

For a healthy lifestyle Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Hi, Take medicine RITE-HITE (SBL) 4tabs to be chewed twice a day ,1/2 an hour before meals. Do pranayam,Suryanamaskar daily. Do swimming and stretching exercises daily .Do this regularly as you have a better chance of growth till 25yrs of age.

My father is 63 years old. He is a diabetic since last 20 years. Currently he is taking Starvog 0.2 Mg (thrice in a day with meal), Glycomet 500 mg (thrice in a day with meal) and absolute DM capsule at night. But his diabetes is fasting 245 and PP 280. Should we change medicine or should we start insulin. We can not afford more than 1000- 1200 Rs per month medicine. So please help over here.

Dear, if your father is willing to take some ayurvedic herbal medicines, he may start this home remedy, along with your current medicines: gurmar churna 50 gms + jamun guthli churna 50 gms + amla churna 50 gms+ neem leaves churna 25 gms + bel churna 25gms. Mix all thoroughly and ask him to take one teaspoon two times a day before meals. He has to follow strict diet along with relaxed mind. May start doing some meditation. Ask him to take frequent but small meals repeatedly every 2 - 2.5 hrly. This will surely help him. Live healthy think healthy

I don't think their is any medicine to help you.is problem in other family members.restarted or continued since small childhood. any how you can try some easy way... drink less water after 6pm special in winters.less amount of milk curd,fruits juices and fruits.no cold drinks or hot drinks like coffee tea beverages.all these items increases urine output.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.
