How to increase my height, how to get slim, I am now dieting, But still no result,

1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation. 9. Do jumping daily early morning for height gain.

I am getting thinner day by day. My regular diabetes test is 256. What should I do?

Dear lybrate user with the limited amount of information provided it appears that you are suffering from diabetes. It could had been better had you provided us with your last prescription, latest fasting sugars, hba1c levels and any other recent relevant investigations along with the complete medication list. For the successful treatment of diabetes it is advised if you can start exercising on a regular basis preferably 30-45 minutes, diet modifications with low carbohydrate and high fibre diet along with medications as advised. Lost a lot of weight around 19-21 kgs. Post weight loss thighs have become saggy & breasts deflated. Gained 5 kgs back in last 3 months again to help with excess skin. You are confused between weight loss , sagging skin & weight gain. Gaining weight will not help you for sure. Eat healthy but no crash dieting which can lead to saggy organs if dieting is not combined with exercise. Moderation should the mantra.losing 21 kgs is difficult and you must have starved to do so. At 23 if getting married is bothering you , then think about a healthy bride who has to adjust and get oriented with a new family. Can you afford to fall sick or eat special diets to remain slim and trim and be body obsessed only? Start eating a healthy high protein diet with no sugars or bad fats . getting massage will tone up muscles besides increasing the blood flow evenly to entire body. simple walking / swimming is a good outdoor exercise but if pollution or humidity bothers , then use a stable exercise cycle at home and do push ups with weights for arms. do yoga and meditation for weight loss and for stability. good luck.

Hi. Everyone has some belly fat, even people who have flat abs. That's normal. But too much belly fat can affect your health in a way that other fat doesn't. There are four keys to controlling belly fat: exercise, diet, sleep, and stress management. 1. Exercise: vigorous exercise trims all your fat, including visceral fat. Get at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise at least 5 days a week. Walking counts, as long as it's brisk enough that you work up a sweat and breathe harder, with your heart rate faster than usual. 2. Diet: there is no magic diet for belly fat. But when you lose weight on any diet, belly fat usually goes first. 3. Sleep: getting the right amount of shut-eye helps. In one study, people who got 6 to 7 hours of sleep per night gained less visceral fat over 5 years compared to those who slept 5 or fewer hours per night or 8 or more hours per night. Sleep may not have been the only thing that mattered -- but it was part of the picture. 4. Stress: everyone has stress. How you handle it matters. The best things you can do include relaxing with friends and family, meditating, exercising to blow off steam, and getting counseling. That leaves you healthier and better prepared to make good choices for yourself. Medication: 1. Regularly do massage with utsadana powder for 10-15 mins before bath will helps to mreduce the belly fat.

Yes he can have fruits such as pomegranate, dates palm, pappaya, orange. Foods prepared of wheat & millets are more good. Intake of oats prepared with milk once daily is very good. Having dinner by 7-8 can help to control fbs. Then with ayurvedic sugar medicines, I can provide you it. I prepare ayurvedic medicines at my home for my patients. If possible I will courier you the medicines to your address. Or else you can have powder of fenugreek seeds daily 2 tablespoon mixed with water. By doing all this gradually his pancreas will come to normal. Also I suggest the practice of yoga nd meditation esply suryanamaskar.

Dear lybrate-user, first of all let me make it clear that you may experience nightfalls/nocturnal emission of sperm for twice in a month if you do not have a habit of masturbation or if you do not indulge in any sexual intercourse. However, if you experience nightfalls for more than twice in a month then it is surely abnormal. Every person experience an erection after a sleep of 6-8 hours. Such an erection during waking up from sleep is a typical characteristic of normal sexual system. An uninterrupted sleep of 6-8 hours pacifies the nerves which get hyper-activated after a long day's work & results in a sexual arousal by channelising the blood flow towards the male sexual system. But an erected penis cannot ejaculate involuntarily unless it is being rubbed as it undergoes during masturbation & sexual intercourse. Involuntary ejaculation of semen indicates that the internal muscles of your pelvic region are not strong enough to control the outflow of semen. However, nightfalls indicate that you are having a normal erection as well as it also proves that there is no deficit of sperm production in testis. Nightfall implies that there is only loss of control of the pelvic muscles. It is often observed that an unmarried person suffering from nightfalls complains of premature ejaculation after marriage if his problem of nightfalls is left untreated. The cause behind such quick discharge during sex is same as it is in case of nightfalls i. E. Loss of the control of the muscles of pelvic region. To get rid of nightfalls carry on the following medication as directed:- 1) 5 drops of homoeopathic china 30 or cinchona officinalis 30, thrice daily, in empty stomach. 2) take 30 drops of homoeopathic mother tincture withania somnifera q in a cup of water daily after lunch apart from medicines you could try a home therapy. Soak 5 grams of fennel seeds (snouff) & 5 grams of rock candy (misri) in a glass of water before going to bed daily. On waking up next morning drink the snouf-misri soaked water in empty stomach.

Hye, Thanks for the query. If you want to gain some weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. 1.  Eat 5 to 6 meals a day In order to gain weight, you need to start eating 5-6 meals a day. However, it is important that you break these meals into parts, as eating a lot at once may result in indigestion. Also, be sure to include healthy foods in your diet for a healthy weight gain. 2.  Weight train at least 3 times a week When you train with weights, your muscles grow. 3.  Consume more calories than you burn. Eating calories more than your normal intake may not be easy, but you must do it if you want to stop being skinny. Make sure you don’t do it just by overeating at once, but instead do it gradually over the whole day. 4.  Work out your entire body A lot of gym goers usually train only the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Make sure you workout your entire body for a wholesome weight gain. 5.  Load up on protein As informed earlier, you have to consume more calories than your normal intake every day. You can do this by eating foods rich in protein like dairy, meat, eggs, nuts, dry fruits, pulses, sprouts, smoothies, milk shakes etc. 6.  Drink your calories It may be tough to meet your calorie requirements by just eating. Drinking milk, lassi, milkshakes or fruit smoothies with little or no sugar can be a great way to load up on the required calories. 7.  Try and eat fast (but don’t choke on it) Your body takes some time to give signals of satiety which is why eating fast can help you eat more. 8.  Focus on recovery after each workout Stretching exercises, foods rich in carbohydrates can help recover your body significantly. Also, you should aim for 8 hours of sleep as inadequate sleep can cause several problems. 9.  Be patient with yourself Hoping to gain weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Even if you follow all the advice that is there, you may end up gaining just 1-2 kilos in a month. Every body is different, and just because you are not seeing results in terms of weight gain, you shouldn’t feel discouraged. Living healthy by eating the right diet will make you feel better and more positive about life and increase your strength. 10.  Believe in yourself.

Hi firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

निगेला सतीवा, जिसे कलौंजी या काला जीरा भी कहा जाता है, दक्षिण और दक्षिण-पश्चिम एशिया का एक वार्षिक फूल पौधे हैं जो कि रनुनकुलसै परिवार से संबंधित है. इसकी खेती और उपयोग का सबसे पहला रिकॉर्ड प्राचीन मिस्र से आता है। काले बीज का तेल, वास्तव में, मिस्र के फराओ तूतनखामेन की कब्र में पाया गया था। यहां तक कि अरबी  संस्कृतियों  में, काले  जीरा  को  हबताबुल  बारकाह  के  नाम  से  जाना  जाता  है,  जिसका  अर्थ  है  "आशीर्वाद  का  बीज"। यह  भी  माना  जाता  है  कि  इस्लामी  नबी  मोहम्मद  ने  इसके  बारे  में  कहा  कि  यह  "मौत  को  छोड़कर  सभी  रोगों  के  लिए  एक  उपाय  है"।
