1.2 km of brisk waking can reduce lot 57 calories. But I would advise you not to count calorie burn and focus on staying fit instead.

For obesity
1) at 6 am, 2 sugarfree creamcraker biscuit with liquer tea with less sugar, mainly green leafy tea.
2) at 8 am, take one cucumber with 2 pieces breads or one roti.
3) at 12 noon, take 1 cup rice, 2 rotis, 1 piece fish (60grams), dal and vegetable
4) at 3 pm, 100grams sour curd and 1 cucumber.
6) at 5 pm, 2 creamcraker biscuit and tea.
7) at 9 pm, 2 rotis, vegetable, milk (150ml)
Walk for 1 hour everyday.

Sir/Madam, Due to over weight he has started to eat chana, mung & fruits only in lunch. In breakfast he takes rice. Roti, vegetable, curd, pulses, etc like this and in dinner roti with tadka or veg or chicken or egg. please suggest me This diet is right or change any thing?

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Drink more water in a day. Take small and frequent meals. Avoid junk food and oily food. Take salad before meals. Include more fruits, sprouts and vegetables in your diet. Take egg without eggyolk.

I am suffering from diabetes for last 14 years. It has been under control all these years with medication. I have fatty lever for last two years. Again under control without any medication. I am not alcoholic. Now I have been diagnosed with enlarged with prostrate. Psa is 14.7. Diabetes is under control. Looking for recommendation for further treatment. I am 67 years of age.

Hello! vit. B12 is found in animal protein like egg, chicken, fish, little amount in dairy. If you are vegetarian then you should take medical help for the same.

Lybrate-user taking 30 min everyday for exercise is possible if you manage your time. Since you are busy so I would say take extra care of food what you eat, because when food is taken without daily exercise, it become obvious to gain weight, eat heavy breakfast, normal lunch and very light breakfast, if you want to lose weight in just 2 months start a habit not to eat dinner after sunset and you will miraculously lose weight. Thanks.

For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. Follow up after 1week... Drink plenty of fluids.. Avoid constipation... Pls tell ur weight.
