Hi Prateek, To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. There is a general approach and a specific approach as per individual patients metabolic profile. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If this is not enough then revert back to us for further assessment and customized approach. 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. my best wishes....

During teenage, masturbation can be done once a week after that it should not be done more than 2-3 times a week till marriage. Egg whites are a low-calorie, fat-free food. They contain the bulk of the protein. The egg white contains about 4 grams of protein, 55 mg of sodium and only 17 calories. A single egg white also offers 1.3 micrograms of folate, 6.6 mcg of selenium, 2.3 mg of calcium, 3.6 mg of magnesium, and 4.9 mg of phosphorus and 53.8 mg of potassium.------------------------------ whereas egg yolks carry the cholesterol, the fat and saturated fat of the egg. However, what is often overlooked are the many nutrients that come with that, such as the fat-soluble vitamins, essential fatty acids and other nutrients. One egg yolk has around 55 calories, 4.5 grams of total fat and 1.6 grams of saturated fat, 210 mg of cholesterol, 8 mg of sodium, and 2.7 grams of protein.----------------------hence from the above data it is clear that egg white contains more proteins but, the egg yolk has more actual nutrients, so in my opinion the entire egg gives the most complete nutrition.

For 57+ F, Hb 10.6 [12.5 - 16], RBC 3.6 [4.2 - 5.4], PCV 33.5 [37 - 47], Platelet 1.2 [1.5 - 4.5], ESR 52 [0 - 30], while MCV, MCH, MCHC, all WBC components are normal. Ferritin 36 [4 - 204] & B12 450 [180 - 900]. 1) Does it look like iron deficiency anemia or haemolytic anemia? 2) If it's iron deficiency, does this lower than normal platelet count indicates any internal bleeding (e. G. GI tract)?

It seems to be iron deficiency anemia and we have to see and feel the patients abdomen and if it is hard than we have to go for tests related to gi bleed or just keep a watch on platelets and monitor the vital parameters of the body.

Hi lybrate-user, please consult a doctor and dietician before you start taking any such supplements. The best treatment for pcod is a high fiber low fat diet and believe me thyroid and pcod both can be treated best with a diet only as there is no permanent cure for the same. These supplements would just give you temporary effects or would have no effect at all. Have a diet which has good amounts of fiber which you shall get from foods like fruits, veggies, brown rice, quinoa, daliya. Consume nuts like almonds or walnuts because they contain good fats (only 4 in a day. To add protein you can have dal, pulses, chicken, eggs, yoghurt, milk, cottage cheese etc. Stay hydrated and drink at least 12-15glasses of water per day.

Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food..and Constipation.

Do regular exercise, take 2 glass water in the morning. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. No drink before meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.
