Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water. If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months.

Hello, take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. Take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily. Avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. Drink plenty of water daily. Eat good quantity of green vegetables, salad and fruits.

Your hb levels are very low. Apart from diet you will need to take a supplement. As for foods try to incorporate variety of foods as it's not just iron that is needed but folic, vitamin c etc too. Have green leafy vegetables citrus fruits nuts dry fruits eggs beets carrots dates etc. Avoid tea coffee aerated drinks and junk foods.

What is lymphoma?

One of the most dreaded and deadly forms of cancer is lymphoma, which is essentially a group of blood cell tumors than stem from the lymphatic system. There are a number of different causes of lymphoma, including previous illnesses like epstein-barr virus, autoimmune diseases, poor diet, pesticides, and other behavioral/environmental factors.

As with all other types of cancer, there is no formal cure, but there are accepted treatment strategies that can send cancer into remission, and improve quality of life, which include surgery, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy. However, there are some rather intense side effects to these prescribed treatments, so to lessen the side effects of these treatments, and to complement the powerful anti-cancer medications that are often prescribed, home remedies are often turned to. The symptoms of lymphoma include enlarged or hardened lymph nodes, night sweats, fever, weight loss, fatigue, itching, and respiratory distress. If you believe that you may be suffering from lymphoma, you should speak with an oncologist as soon as possible, but adding these natural remedies to your lifestyle is a great idea! now, let’s take a more in-depth look at the many home remedies for lymphoma.

The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency. The fat that you are carrying around was accumulated in years. So how can you expect to lose it in mere days. As for your training, you need to follow this routine. Your training session is divided into morning and evening workouts: MORNING: 1. Light jog for 15 minutes. 2. 200 jumping jacks. 3. 100 meter sprints x 10 4. Medium pace running for 30 minutes. 5. Stretching. EVENING: 1. Jumping or skipping for 20 minutes. 2. High knee drill for 10 minutes. 3. 150 squats. (15 reps x 10 sets) 4. 200 mountain climbers. 5. 50 push ups (10 reps x 5 sets) 6. 200 mountain jumpers. 7. 100 burpees. 8. Stretching. You're going to face a lot of difficulties to complete these sessions during your 1 - 3 weeks. But stay consistent and try to finish each workout as given to you. DIET: 1. Green tea 2. Why Do Diabetic People Need to Eat Fat?

Diabetes is a condition that affects the pancreas to the extent that they do not release the required quantity of insulin, which can lead to a high blood sugar level as the body starts to absorb excess glucose from the food that it ingests. This can be of various types and have different implications for different patients. While many experts insist that keeping a low cholesterol level and low weight is a primary requirement for treatment of diabetes patients, there are a number of myths in this regard. Not eating fat is one such myth that we are out to prove wrong today.

So read on to find out why diabetic people need to eat fat:

  1. Saturated Fats and Trans Fats: There are studies that demonstrate how saturated fats can actually prove to be beneficial for diabetes patients. These can be found in various sources like fish and nuts. This releases heptadecanoic acids, which can normalise the blood sugar levels as well as the insulin and triglyceride levels in the body.
  2. Dairy Fat: The use of milk and yogurt as well as butter can actually be help in bringing the blood sugar levels down. It also shows up favourably on the lipoprotein markers. Butter in particular is known to have clarifying properties that can bring down the risk of diabetes as well. One must take care to use dairy products that are fat free. 
  3. Animal Fat: Having meat which releases fat and having dairy products like cheese and milk which releases healthy saturated fats are two different things. One can replace carbs and meat with these kinds of products so that there is better absorption and creation of quality animal fats which can actually help the insulin levels.
  4. Monounsaturated and Polyunsaturated Fats: Food items like fish and nuts that carry high levels of Omega-3 fatty acids as well as monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats can help patients suffering from diabetes by clearing the bloodstream of cholesterol and high lipid levels. This also prevents the risk of heart disease and arterial blockages. These kinds of fats are also found in flax seeds, soya products and walnuts. 

Going low on carbohydrates and avoiding sugar is usually recommended for patients suffering from diabetes. Yet, it is important to have your fill of essential fats as mentioned above with the help of dairy products, clarified better, omega three fatty acids, dry fruits, soya products and some amount of vegetable oils, as these actually have a number of benefits for these patients. Dear SIr/Madam, My Mother age is 60 Years and height is 5.1 and her weight is 60-65 kgs. She is a diabetic from last 25-30 years and taking insulin 3 times before meals. Last month on dated 15.09.16 she had pains in all her body and mouth was curving to one side like paralyzed and she stopped some time while talking. We immediately rush to hospital at that time her BP was 95/180 and sugar level at 210 at home. Doctor took tests and CT all was in normal and discharged after 3 days once stabled. But she was not well and weaken after discharge and she was on medicines MEGATRON 10 MG CAP GABAVAL 1 TAB plagerine A TAB ZYCIOL 500 MG CAP ELREB DSR 1 TAB ELDO 30 MG TAB AMLONG 5 MG she was again admitted in hospital on dated 22.09.16 due to Electrolytes imbalanced after analyse thru tests but why electrolytes imbalanced after discharge. Please advice if you can this is due to medicines and was there in observation for 10 days. Now a days from 1.5 months she is taking DIVINE OD 500, BETA CAP 40, PREGABA 75 MG CAP PGM 75, ECOSPRIN AV 75/10. This was the whole story but I am not convinced with the treatment I want to know what happened 1st time when she admitted and why electrolytes suddenly gone to lower side. Please advice because my mother do not want to continue the medicines.

To know the whole things you have to understand basics of medical science. As of stopping medicine, pl do not think of it. Having been dependent on such drugs for three decades, you can't switch to other things suddenly and that too at this stage. When chemical diuretics are given (in HTN/ oedema/ renal problems etc), electrolyte depletion takes place as a side effect such as potassium depletion etc which is again supplied through potassium drugs. This vicious cycle goes in. Here Ayurveda is different. SLOW but natural. Diuretics are such that there would not be electrolyte imbalance/ depletion. But this doesn't mean that allopathy is bad. It has wonderful life saving developments to its credit. On the other hand Ayurveda's stress on lifestyle and natural medicine has wonderful results but its limited too esp in critical life conditions. Need is to respect both approaches where needed. It has to be understood by both ailing humanity and medical fraternity. I would suggest you to gradually supplement your mother's treatment with herbals for introducing little comfortable life ahead without compromising on medical facilities. If agree, pl consult with more details.

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss.
